  • 1:00 - 1:10 LOL I love how she says "wait"

  • Customers are so damn stupid

  • This happens everyday at my job in Walgreens Pharmacy lol

  • "I left it in the car with my keys"

    Pure gold.

  • You know what they need to do is make a TV reality show based on the Pharmacy. So that the general public can see the kinda crap we all deal with in the Pharmacy...ranging from PA's, insurance rejections, controls being filled too soon, to bitchy patients...LOL...

  • I love my pharmacy and they love me

  • who ever did this video works for rite aid for sure

  • Me-"Sir the wait time will be roughly 45 minutes"

Man-"45?!! It's just a refill! why does it take so long?! all you have to do is slap a label on the bottle!"

  • Omg that is so true ppl have no clue in life

  • LOL these vids r so funny, esp the architect ones hahhahahah

  • wait for it... the end is the best part

  • lol, I make customers wait like 10 minutes when re-submitting claims. I could do it in like 2, but......c'mon.

  • This has GOT to be Rite Aid. I swear everybody says the same thing about the Sig Cap...

  • this is really weird and funny my mom watched this lol

  • hahahahahahahahahhahahahhahaha......had to have my husband watch, so he knows some of the crap I deal with on a daily basis! Awesome!

  • OMG. THIS IS SO ACCURATE ITS SAD

  • @CoralistaGirl caps made me lol. and it's annoying that they expect everything at sweatshop speed..

  • At Osco, we have the same problem, I don't think it matters what company, all the customers like to rotate where they go. Then compain when you don't know what they are talking about or why something got sent to another location.

  • Oh my god, i literally have experienced that signature issue thousands of times

  • @theschwartzbwitu ROTFMAO me too! They always hate how the machine makes their signature look!

  • Hahaha! This must be Rite Aid! =D

  • Dude I have this conversation AT LEAST 4 times in a shift...FML!

  • So true... So annoying

  • The only problem with retail pharmacy is the customers...

  • @wankerjake AMEN! its the also the reason I'm changing my major haha!

  • Ah the things I do NOT miss about being a pharmacy tech! After 2+ years, it's a miracle I didn't pull a customer over the counter and beat them to death for some of the stupidity I had to endure.

  • The Riteous Aid!

  • Jeez, and I thought I had it bad working at BK with people always asking to add-on their order at Drive-thru when they pull up to the window.

  • This is definitely Rite Aid lol.

  • The coupon thing pisses me off every time. Give it to us the first time around, instead of after we've done all the work. It might only take a few minutes, but when there's a queue going, we're not going to drop everything and take care of you first.

  • OMG! I have had this exact situation happen to me before. Are you watching me at work lol

  • Most definitely CVStress!!!! This is exactly how my customers act on a daily basis!! Especially the part about the Dr. sent it in 20 mins ago...thinking it is going to be ready. SMH!!

  • Everyday encounter at Walgreens. Haha.

  • Im a pharmacy Tech, this is pretty much exact lol.. i hate how much! some people are ignorant

  • Augh! I hate it when they use the ballpoint pen on the signature capture machine!

  • @salawasweet You have to scan, type, review, check stock, count, double count and verify each rx. There are also people that drop off in drive or who are shopping that may have been there before you.

  • why does it take so long to fill a prescription? ive been to the pharmacy when no one was in there and they always say 15 minutes

  • @salawasweet1989 There's probably a very good reason for it. Think about the work they do behind the scenes.

  • @michwng im sure there is a very good reason for it. that was what i was asking. what is the reason?

  • @salawasweet1989 - it's because we have to scan your script, type it, have the pharmacist check the type, print it, get the med from the shelf, fill it, have the pharmacist check the completed item, then call you up to pay for it. in that time frame there may be a problem with your insurance, or with having the item in stock, we say fifteen minutes to give ourselves time to resolve those issues. if there aren't any problems then you get your prescription before that time.

  • @salawasweet1989 Even if no one is in line, we still have to take the time to put your prescription in the computer, make sure there are no insurance rejections or script errors, produce it, and have it verified by the pharmacist before it can be given to you. So, fifteen minutes is pretty standard.

  • "i left it in my car with my keys" - lol....

  • @jrcfreeday I agree. I work at CVS, and a lot of people hand me a card as I'm ringing their order up. I've come to the conclusion that most people think its like a normal coupon that can be rung through the register.

  • i go through this shit everyday as a cashier

"but my doctor said it would be ready by the time i get there"

and they never take the time to activate the discount cards!

they have the option to press continue or cancel..and they ask me what to press!

and when they sign for credit...its either ok or clear. they press clear.

  • i am encouraged that clearly all pharmacies are equally horrible

  • She was in such a hurry that she made a LOT of mistakes & forgot about an RX.

I wish she would realize the consequences of making mistakes on the other side of the counter.

  • best: "my shopping cart full of assorted useless items" ; hey at least the store is making money on these idiots. That's retail

  • DEFINITIVE GUIDE TO RETAIL

1 . HOW LONG MUST I WAIT AND 2. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST

ANSWER TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE: BOTH ANSWERS MUST BE ZERO

  • @joekuta and both must be answered immediately, prior to being handed prescription!

  • agree with phantom6,

how dumb are you to wait 10 minutes in line JUST to drop off an Rx with MANY people in front of you. ..

then wonder why the Rx is doing to take MORE time? Did you already FORGET about all of the people that were just in front of you? OR perhaps you didn't hear me say AT LEAST 20 MINUTES to each one of them?

  • That has to be walgreens! I dont work there anymore but i remember the pin pad sequence and the next buttons.

  • To play moron's advocate, $30 is a lot of money for some people. Although instead of arguing she should have had the coupon out.. Drug companies just charge a lot of money for medicine, albeit they do have to pay many skilled people to create it. I personally appreciate pharmacists.. when I get worried over certain pills that might activate an allergy or some other small pill matter, they're kind enough to take my call.

  • My favorite part was the customer making the payment at the end. Customers are so stupid with the credit/debit card machines. It's crazy. It's like "Do you know how to read for God's sake!?" haha

  • Lol this happens EVERYDAY!!!

  • Sounds like Giant Eagle. lol

  • I...hate...coupons...I also hate people who want to pay for EVERYTHING in the pharmacy....Thumbs up if you agree.

  • I am sorry, you cannot use a ballpoint pen on the device, Ms Smith, you must use the pen attached to the device.

  • This is so accurate! Has to be Rite Aid pharmacy, where I work. LOL

  • @Dominguez1177 I work at Rite Aid too, and this happens everyday.

  • @Dominguez1177 or CVS/Pharmacy

  • @Dominguez1177 I was actually thinking it must be Target....LOL, it really is universal, isn't it?

  • @Dhesyca I thought it was Target too!

  • @Dominguez1177 exact same story at CVS as well.

  • If it was me at counter, I would have to explain to them that coupons are not valid for medicare patients due to federal kickback laws. Then they freak out at me say, "well wallmart lets me use them!"

  • @mamohr686 at CVS I get that all the time. The grass is always greener at Walmart.

  • @piperwyatt21 Are you sure? Cause I work at walmart and i get stupid people like that too! LOL

  • @83yourface I think every pharmacy in America gets the same lol. I worked at a small independent chain, and guess who we got? The people who got kicked out of all the other major pharmacies. Awesome, eh?

  • OMFG!!!!!! I deal with this shit all fucking day!!!!! The stress is going to kill me!!!!

  • my favorite is when people spell out there last name when it is something obvious, like smith. i'm not stupid. i can spell smith...

  • @JessDanielle11 i don't care if you spell STUPID to me, give me your LAST NAME.

i have circular conversations for 5 minutes to determine the last name, at the end of which I go "we have _ _ _ _ as your last name" and they go THAT'S THE SAME NAME. . . no Mrs. Kennedy-Smith, it is not

  • I go through this every day

  • Dude, you have the patience of a saint!

  • Oh my gosh, its like someone from my exact cvs pharmacy made this.

  • The best is when a customer waits in line, hears you tell the eight people ahead of them that the wait is 30+ minutes due to the volume of customers and then ask to wait and upon hearing what they've just heard you say EIGHT TIMES get indignant and demand that you do it faster, because "how hard is it to take a bottle off the shelf and hand it to them?"

    I truly dislike some customers.

  • @phantom6 and when they decide they want to pay for the other items that are not located at the pharmacy so it takes an extra 5 min to finish their order when people are standing behind them.

  • omg, sooo true...and very very fustrating lol

  • Omg that whole interaction is soo on point

  • Haha! Soooooooooo true! Have worked in pharmacy for 8 years.

  • Uggghhhh...so true.
