  • @ejr1245 Seriously though..pretty cool though

  • all i can say is WOW.

  • you are THE talent!!

  • WOW

  • yeah buddy she is the awesome

  • It takes so much very hard work to be able to do this. I don't think most people could hack the rigorous workout, or practice this takes. I danced in my younger years and loved it. I was not near this good. Loved watching this. Thanks for sharing.

  • "Playing off the fall"? I'm pretty sure it was intentional, she does falls in a lot of her dances.

  • perhaps she is a cat and she have 9 lives to fall at this hight and have no broken bones...

too bad, because the rest it was verry nice

  • sOrry jajajajajaj i didnt saw the name below here

  • that was amaizing ammm can you tell me the name of the sOng? i'm a mexican girl

  • @Shaamizan its requiem for a dream :)

  • @Shaamizan nobody cares.

  • 7 fat ugly bitchs were getting jealous

  • Wow. Jenyne is a true artist. Beautiful...Breathtaking...Thank you for the work!

  • JENYNE, YOU ARE AN AMAZING ATHLETE AND AN AWESOME ENTERTAINER. YOU BRING POLE DANCING TO A DIFFERENT LEVEL, NOT ONLY BEAUTIFUL, BUT ELEGANT AS WELL. YOU ARE THE LADY OF POLE DANCING, AND THE BEST PERFORMER. YOU ARE AMAZING!!

  • what is the name of the music ?? pleace

  • @chuck55bjk Requiem For A Tower

  • @generaljaybird thank you

  • @generaljaybird Was that supposed to be a joke? The song is called "Lux aeterna" and It was featured in the soundtrack of the movie "Requiem for a Dream", but I've never heard of "Requiem for a Tower".

  • @darkpassenger8008 Dude I don't know.

  • Она умничка!!!люблю ее!!!сорвалась...но все равно лучшая!!!

  • Damn the drop broke my heart! That performance was definitely meant for a great finally hidden behind the red cape. The music was perfect! But the swings on the horizontal bars announced disasters. I guess her hands got tired or that the bars were too large. Can't say for sure. I hope she did complete that routine as it was meant to be.

  • Antispoiler

  • i hate this damn song

  • Nice ass :D

  • what the fock did i just see?? thats a performance for the gates of heaven...

    way to go.

  • I must have seen it in a dream...could not be real this women...no! it was defenitely a dream!

  • 04:17 OMG Thrilling :-ss You make me worry. Jenyne pls take care ur body :x

  • Whole, that fall really scared me!

She is amazing, and so strong!

But I do wonder why she has to dress like that, is wearing next to no clothing a requirement in this sport?

  • @arthurtheaardvark13 skin grips the pole better than clothing. more skin exposed means better grip and and in more places for holds.

  • @carrbarre oh ok, that makes sense!

    Yikes, that seems pretty painful!

  • And busting her ass is on purpose- she does it in many of her videos

  • The song is by Kronos Quartet. It's called Requiem for a Tower. It was written originally for the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack.

  • Pole Dancing has been proposed to become an Olympic Sport - go for it.

  • @SigSarge1 i think it should becuz of how much time and work it takes...and also how much muscle and endurance

  • Whats this music called?

  • @annabatts18 I sure hope someone knows. I was thinking the same thing. Thought that on another of her videos as well. Wish they'd post it in info... It's beautiful!!

  • @annabatts18 It's Lux Aeterna By Clint Mansell. :)

  • So, the last fall was an accident then? She plays it off very well (:

  • You should seriously be doing an act like Cirque de Soleil ..wow you are talented

  • Dat ass

  • @skipslover07 you are hilarious

  • ...Umm was busting your ass part of the show or...

  • Ouch!

  • this is art.

  • Wow..what a performance. You are magnificent.

  • She deserves an award for playing off the fall so damn well.

  • @hrtmarko are you retarded? its part of the show... its in most of her performances

  • @pavlo93 No I am not, But I suppose you are for the fact that Jenyne herself commented within this post and explained the situation.

  • i loved it til she fell either way shes still my inspiration 4 what i do only many of us see it n take it n do it as art

  • Oh my Gosh!!! That was the best pole dance I've ever seen! You are so beautiful and athletic! You are my inspiration, I love every move you make, it's out of space! It could not be better. You smile all the time, even if you fall, this is amazing! You are simply the best. I love your body, face and hair and the music you choose for your performences. Jenyne I'm your biggest fan, really! :)

  • Holy shit. That was awesome but those falls (especially the last one) omg. That had to hurt. :( And I agree with everyone about the competing. It's not necessary, do what makes you feel comfortable and what you like.

  • shes sooooooooo impressive.

  • So hope she's ok best I've ever seen please tell us she's ok love watching u classy

  • did she falls at the end?? or was it meant to be that way??? scary!! :S

  • @seriex5 She didn't mean to fall she had slipped. But thats what made this performance so amazing is that even though she had fallen she recovered beautifully and made it look as if it were a part of the routine.

  • i want her shoes!!!

  • what is the name of the song you were using if you dont mind me asking you. its been driving me nuts

  • @MizzTee204 this song is the main theme from the "requiem for a dream" soundtrack

  • Sencillamente Fenomenal! Es mi Heroe! Me encantan sus performances siempre son diferentes!

  • She is gifted by God!. Fantastic job, gorgeous expression.

  • She is gifted by God!. Fantastic job, gorgeous expression.

  • Parabéns pelo espetáculo, estou maravilhado.

  • The recovery on this is amazing. I don't think I would have it in me to just sit up, smile, and pose. Several times, I've hit the ground hard- mainly riding horses. This fall only goes to show how much grace, pain resistance, and composure you possess!

  • you are so amazing...

  • The Butterfly is amazing no matter what. To see her perform live is a true treat.

  • I cant stop watching u, ur AMAZING!! Im so glad ur OK, the fall really looked like it was part if ur routine! BTW one of my favorite shows is the world pole dance to the song "eyes on fire"!!! LOVE U

  • You made those slips look like they were part of the routine! I wasn't even sure if they weren't part of the routine until I saw your comment, haha. Gorgeous performance! An inspiration to me - I love how you make the performance a story, with your body language, not just your dance, and your facial expressions. Perfect, thank you!

  • nossa um arrasso...parabens

  • BEAUTIFUL.

    And... IN HEELS TOO!? :O

  • What is the song writer

    you are divine

  • What is the song writer

  • Absolutely Amazing!

  • Still an Amazing performance!

  • I loved Jenyne Butterfly... Great

  • even with the slips it still was a imaginative, creative, and had crazy physicality! So many beautiful combos. You are at the top!

  • @Jenynebutterfly - Watching this, i had 3 realizations. 1: You've always been impressive, but somewhere, you've become an artist. 2: If it wasn't for the slips, you had it in the bag. AMAZING even with the fall! 3: You even fall with grace and composure. You hit the ground, and where most people would crawl off stage hiding their face in embarrassment, you turned to the audience an "oops" look and a smile on your face. That is one reason so many admire your work . U are a pole hero.

  • simply amazing!

  • Pure athletic art! I cant think of a better description. Amazingly beautiful!

  • wow amazing!!

  • @jenynebutterfly omg that was amazing!! the ending WOW!!! ive watched it 4 times now an im still like WOW THAT WAS ACE!!!!! U GO GIRL XOXO

  • Your song is 'Requiem for a Dream' isn't it? by the way, love love love any performance you do, your in my daily youtube playlist-all your videos. Who the heck cares of a few slips, you know doing those helps the rest of us realize that were all human, and can make mistakes. Keep performing please never stop!!!!

  • @zpowerful its actualy titled Lux aeterna.

  • @hlcom30 Really, but doesn't it sound very similar?

  • I would totally give her a buck for doing this. :)

  • i want the shoes

  • This is insane.

  • Jenyne is an inspiration to the pole community inside and out - In all our 'competitions' & showcases each contestant/performer are all winners We are about promoting the ambitious and supporting the talented No profits are made from our competitions - it all goes to those who dedicate their time & energy advertising this beautiful art form which includes each performer - Thank you each and everyone for all your support over the years it means we can keep moving forward towards bigger & bett

  • That climb along the ceiling looked like a bad idea from the start. GULP!

  • i always wonder what it's like from her perspective, especially when she spins :)

  • @MixtureMakeup dizzying! lol

  • Wonderfull

  • RESPECT , i like your dance the most, the bellydancing with your legs in the air, fantastic.

  • did she die????

  • better than Felix Cane!!!

  • I thought the fall was apart of the routine, either way it added a dramatic ending to the piece she did very well.

  • I thought the fall was apart of the routine, it added a dramatic essence to the piece. she did well

  • @Zion2319 i thought so too, i only realized it wasn't by reading the comments.

  • Hi sweetypity, the name of the song is Lux Aeterna of the film Requiem for a Dream.

    Enjoy!!

  • @olgasancheznavarro thank you very very Much!!!!!!

  • Please somebody tell me the name of the music!

  • Glad she was OK! She is tough! I would've been in pieces I m so fragile. That's part of the reason I changed clubs. The club I was @ had a 25' pole & I loved walking on the ceiling. I couldn't stay off of it. I knew eventually it would b the death of me. B careful people! :)

  • I saw you falling, i think that was not your planning!??

but because i know you can poledance as the best, it doesn't mind. You stand up whit a big smile and i even was wundering if it was a part of you performance. greeting

  • I think this music is cursed. Every athlete in any sport I've seen use it at a World Championships has taken a fall

  • @Sanchara it`s just one of the most over used pieces of moody music ever

  • @vulgarshudder that dosn't mean it's not cursed :P

  • Darling! Are u ok after this fall? No one else would have recovered so graciously and without pain. The most elegant comeback, and Superwoman senses...who needs a prize. Unique and magnifcent performance. Do u realize that you have had maybe 500.000 views and more on your videos. Now that is saying something......

  • 3:28-3:35 great combo

  • Que maestriaaaa

    que espetaculo!

tenho pena de quem ainda não reconhece isso como ARTE!

  • don't give up! you were amazing! didn't even have a routine set up or enough time to prepare. imagine how much better you could do next time!! probably not do the climbing thing again! you're a great performer & you could definitely at least place next time after figuring out what those judges are looking for!

  • What was the red material for ? Was it part of the routine ?

  • Regardless of everything against you though, I think its phenomenal that you were still able to perform at the level that you did- because even with no time to train and exhausting yourself with all your other endeavors, in my opinion your performance was still at a level that very few people have or could ever hope to achieve. It was beautiful.

  • you are amazing!!!!!!!!!! who care's if you fell! im just so amazed at how you handled it! good on you butterfly

  • Beautiful , magic, stunning everything and more that many others have said countless times before. Thank you for sharing

  • did she mean to fall at the end or was that part of the show?

  • Yes, that's right everyone.... 2 slips. And I had 2 realizations. One: I realized you can't do it all. I was traveling, teaching, working (running my company and show in Las Vegas), then I got convinced to compete. There was no time to train myself or practice a routine. I needed a costume. I got pieces in South Africa, London, Sweden, and Finland, & glued 3,000 rhinestones. I was exhausted. Two: I realized that competitions aren't for me. The poles, lighting, and energy weren't right to perform

  • @Jenynebutterfly - You will always be a massive inspiration - your performance was stunning. You dont need to compete to show your skills - everyone knows them already and you're one of the best loved pole dancers in the world. I hope you come to the uk again to teach :)

  • @Jenynebutterfly you still the best in my opinion but it all comes dwn to what style ppl like

  • Comment removed

  • @Jenynebutterfly Fall or not, I loved the performance. I know you don't like the competition energy, I don't blame you. Not very artistic at times......I'm sure. Nonetheless, you are my favourite pole queen. I loved this one as much as all the others. I'm happy you didn't hurt yourself bad. Amazing really. Only a circus performer could fall from that high and smile :) You are such a unique woman. Amazing! Thanks for coming here to say a few words...it's good to hear what happened from you :)

  • @Jenynebutterfly I love U dearly and U'r performance was awsome and some of us will never b able 2 do what U do..... We would love 4 U 2 come 2 PoleKittens n Cincinnati, Ohio and Newport Kentucky... I was mortified that some1 would post the end of this video..... I'm glad that U'r okay and didn't sustain n e injuries.

  • @Jenynebutterfly

I think you were fabulous. I loved the song you chose, and you played off your mistakes gracefully. I was competing once, and I accidentally flipped off the pole and knocked myself out landing. It was so embarrassing!

    x

  • @Jenynebutterfly honey u are not a dancer... u are a Dreammmmm!!! keep on doin ur thing girl..!! x

  • @Jenynebutterfly That is the truth of all things in life. The human body cannot exist on nothing. That being said, you are absolutely inspirational, incredible athlete, and even your slips leave me with my jaw dropped.

  • @Jenynebutterfly Will you marry me?

  • @Jenynebutterfly that fall had class everyone on my facebook is mesmerized by you lol and now im buying the x pole is that one good does it really not wreck the roof i heard the pussycat poles are bad

  • i have watched just about every video you have on here and you rocked out on all of them. all flawless performances with a smile on your face. this was the only one that i've seen you fall on, and you weren't even on the pole so it doesn't count. i just had my first performance and i want to compete also you are my inspiration. don't ever stop being a pole diva (-:

  • @Jenynebutterfly

Even with the two falls your routine still loked graceful and great. And in both you got right back up and smiled, that's not something everyone can do. The last fall did seem quite painfull though :S

  • @Jenynebutterfly You are already right at the top of your game, have been for years, you dont need to compete. Im always suprised when I see your name in a comp line up, you are already in a category thats way above comps.

Also comps suck anyway. Worsed way to use a true perfomers skills. I usualy only compete as I havnt had my performing fix satisfied that year. I usualy regret it. Its not natural for your expression of your art to be `judged`, and you Jenyne cannot be judged by anyone!

    xx

  • @Jenynebutterfly Knowing all the trouble you had, it is even more amazing of a performance. Have followed you for years and whether you compete or not is solely up to what you enjoy. Even as worn out and stressed it was an AMAZING performance...keep up the good work whether teaching, competing, or whatever you enjoy! Don't sweat the slips!

  • @Mithoron i completely agree with you 100%

  • @Jenynebutterfly You are a huge inspiration to all of us girls at Miss Pole in Kenosha, WI. We all love you very much and you are the reason that I keep pushing myself. I'm going into my pole 4 class really soon and I've been practicing pole 5 &6 with my mom at home.

  • @Jenynebutterfly Heyyyy.... I recognize that showreel routine & music from somewhere Lil Miss ButterFly....?! ;) x

  • @Jenynebutterfly You're now beyond competition, you've nothing more to prove to the world... But keep on dancing 'cause you're a major inspiration for every pole dancer (and if not every single one of them, at least me ^^) given your strength, your grace and the smoothness of your dances. Bravo again for all of your performances, because there always is a part of your heart in them !

  • @Jenynebutterfly You are the most amazing lady. You don't need to do it all. You've already provend yourself to be the most incredible pole dance talent EVER.

  • @Jenynebutterfly Well...I only saw one slip but you made it look so ...on purpose! Fantastic job. I cannot believe that people can move and manipulate their bodies in such a way!!

  • @Jenynebutterfly Everyone slips here and there.. some ppl have to realize that even the best make mistakes. You are such a inspiration to all of us that those slips didn't even look like mistakes. Hope to do a workshop with you someday, visit Philadelphia :)

  • @Jenynebutterfly

I hope you weren't injured, the final fall could easily have broken bones, perhaps an ankle. The trouble with competition is that it tends to cause injuries, if not to the competitors then to the social relationships that get compromised by obsessive preparation. Look at the lethality of the bubble of professional cycling: train, cycle, eat, sleep, ride off mountain ledges!

I am an English bloke, new to watching pole dancing. All I can say is, what YOU do is amazing.

  • @Jenynebutterfly You were the US champion. It doesn't matter!

  • She is truely amazing. I m so sorry she had 2 big bad falls. It must have hurt so much! And she keep the smile and the great performance... If she hadn t fall. This would have been the best ever of the world and of all times.

  • Wow.... Holy Crap, that lady is INCREDIBLE!!!

  • at 4:18 is that a fall? shes done that a lot of times in other competitions, just not till the ground! and that alst fall i rly dunno what she was trying to do.. her hand slipped? didnt measure well? i think she was trying to jump to the pole...

  • I loved this video up until the fall... the fall breaks my heart....If I was the owner of this Vid, I would've cut the end off.

  • I loved this video up until the fall... the fall breaks my heart....If I was the owner of this Vid, I would've cut the end off.

  • Out of all the routines I have seen of hers this is my favorite. Fall or no fall this was a great work of art: her musicality and interpretation of the song was the best I have every seen from her. Further, the costume and props were awesome. Add to that her movement between the acrobatics was extremely well integrated and beautiful. This song is so sad, the movie it soundtracks even sadder, i was moved by this performance. This video is way better than the one the comps photographer did THX

  • was that last fall supposed to be there? the strongest and the most unique performer I've seen yet. Amazing and very inspirational!

  • She's sooo strong!!! :O. I think she call fall many times as she wants, 'cause she's just amazing!!! :)

  • Then the monkey bar move...she could've killed her damn self!!! She fell twice ppl & it wasn't on purpose!!!

  • I'm sorry I love Lenyne she is absolutely stunning & creative one she's 1 of my favorites AND I TOO THINK SHE SHOULD OF BEEN AT THE PODIUM but I couldn't understand how she fell? Was she tipsy & whoever thinks BOTH of those falls were part of the routine need their @** beat!!! Anybody that knows Jenyne know when she does that move she stops it right in time. She clearly underestimated the distance to the floor & u know she f'ed up cuz that y she gave that goofy lil "oops" grin at the crowd.

  • Even with the fall she deserved 2nd place. I mean come on. She's so original and creative!

  • @hrtmarko i agree

  • @hrtmarko i agree

  • She is so awesome!!! The world number one champion!!!!!!!! ~wow~

  • omg, my heart completely plumetted, i thought she must have at least broken something!

  • @xooropa I went to one of her workshops during Art of Pole in Stockholm earlier this year. She is so amazing.

When she performed at Art of Pole, she did the same "climbing between the poles, using the roof scaffold" and I was SO scared that she would fall. But at that time she didn't.
