@999spykid It's a fairly standard 555 timer circuit which I designed myself. It's very closely related to my plasma speaker circuit, except that it uses less current, runs at a lower frequency and isn't modulated by an audio signal. You can find a copy of the plasma speaker schematic by doing a Google search on "Derin Sherman videos" and then clicking on the PDF schematic associated with the video.
