CLASSIC!! Now, you people can believe me or not, but back in 1987 a friend of mine told me that if you knocked out Mike Tyson, not TKO, KO, and sent it in to Nintendo Power they'd send you 5 free games.

Well I worked my ass off, and I KO'ED him. I sent it in to Nintenod Power and I didn't get shit LOL! However, I think I was one of the few, back then who can say they earned a KO on Tyson.

I did get my name in Nintendo Power in 1988 for Track N' Field 999,999 points.

Its as if each punch is taking more away from Tyson's HP then it should. Test it yourself, there is no way you will put him down twice within just over the two minute mark, let alone TKO in first round. Hacked game.

1- Super Punch Out and Mike Tyson's Punch Out are two different games. The former is for the SNES, the latter for the NES. Guess which one came first.

2- Because MTPO (Mike Tyson's Punch Out) was re-made into Punch Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream (not to be confused with Sandman), and why, you ask? Because Mike Tyson's contract was done, and he was no longer the invict champion of world boxing. So, instead, we get an anthropomorphic ape.

In order: Glass Joe, Von Kaiser, Piston Honda, Don Flamenco, King Hippo, Great Tiger, Bald Bull, Piston Honda (again), Soda Popinski, Mr. Sandman, Super Macho Man, and depending on which version you're playing, either Mike Tyson or Mr. Dream. I've never gotten past Soda Popinski, so my order might be a bit off.
