I agree absolutely. Right now I'm about to be interviewed for another job because I'm tired of my present one. My dad keeps telling me: "You don't change them (the company you work for) you change you!" Change is hard, but you have to learn to adapt and quit complaining.

Dave Ramsey is awsome. Great radio show, I download the mp3s and listen to it daily. You won't become a billinaire using his principles, but you sure will have piece of mind.
