Take up weight training/bodybuilding. I trained a kid with Tourette's and he never exhibited tics during training; his non-training tics also diminished.

Think carefully before using haloperidol, sulpiride or other antipsychotics. Don't fall for the myth that the atypical ones are superior. Avoid benzodiazepines.
