That's not a dungeon, That's Undercity, there is an Alliance version, where you need to kill Putress, with King Wrynn, and Lady Proudmoore

You basically become an elite for the quest, its an incredible quest line, I recommend every do it. I doubt sylvannis is truly dead, she/he is uber.

It's a new blizzard thing that makes UC kinda like an instance.

only the people on the quest will be able to see and interact with the mobs. For everyone else It will look like normal

its called phaising system, that means if you finished the quest like the battle for undercity, uc will be friendly with you, if you havent you wont be able to go in, the same will happen woth the other players=

Sylvanas isn't in charge of Undercity while doing this quest, this quest focuses on retaking Undercity for the Horde from the Varimathras and the Burning Legion. Now when you kill Varimathras, you hear "a distant voice" from one of the Legion portals talk. Saying how "you failed me". Lots of rumors out there of who it could be. My best guess would be Kil'Jaeden, since he never was actually killed in Sunwell.

Saurfang shows up at the end. After Varian Wrynn declares war on the Horde, and Jaina teleports the Alliance out.

What's up with the damage and healing? Does the ong grants you huge buffs or? Since for a quest or instance this seemed really easy and Veri died in seconds. Cool as hell though :)

Thrall gives you a buff which gives which basically doubles any dmg you can do, and heals you for 12k every second. Sylvanas gives you a movement speed buff. Varimathras didnt die in seconds, i just cut out a lot of the fight.

whats the story behind this quest? like where do you get it and what are the rewards for it etc

For Horde, starts in New Agamand with a quest called "Give it a Name" do that questline then the one in Agmar's Hammer invovling you going to Westwall Village to recruit the taunka into the horde.

After those quests you do a couple quests for Alexastrasz at Wrymrest Temple, finally concluding in the betrayal of the HOrde by Varimathras and the Royal Apothecary Society. They unleash the Forsaken Plague upon not only the Scourge but the Horde and Alliance forces at the Wrath Gate. Thus killing Saurfang the Younger and Highlord Bolvar Fordragon, both of which are iconic to their respective factions.

Undercity ends up being overtaken by the traitors, so we as the players get to fight alongside Thrall and Lady Sylvanas
