their Shogun album songs seem to seem to sound all the same, maybe they could experiment with different sounds more. Mostly they use the same speed and rhythm of the drums. The lead vocalist could show us some of his real voice range as well. Or maybe its just that some parts sound too death metalish which I despise since it has too many sounds (+vocalist screaming savagely) playing at the same time, making it seem like noise.

Have you even listened to their other material? Some songs are singy songs, some songs are more death metal. Most of their songs are THRASH. Thrash bands do share their sounds and speed in all their songs. Megadeth, Pantera, Iron Maiden. The solos, sound, generally the same like the drumlines and all.
