My R&D team are now lvl 13 but no C4. How in the hell do I get some? Come on!!!

@richardhalo Now my team is lvl 14 and they've developed rank1 C4 and after re-doing some missions now I have 25 C4s in my inventory. BUT when I wanna take the Barricade mission the C4 shows as 0 in my inventory. I know I did something last time I played it but I was a long ago and can't remember. Can somebody help?

@teekaytee1 im over and done with this game as fun as it was it gets boring once u complete it, the hardest part is the touture ;; good luck. if u cant get a c4 then u cant beat the tourture my friend

@AZisdabomb you have to level up ur R&D by usin the fulton recovery system and they will be in waitin room then put specific 1's in the R&D section

@TheJeRoMeWWE Level up your R&D team to 12, then do a few side missions and it will appear after they finish developing it. Do extra ops to find weapon prints to make new weapons.

@gtzbadbwoy I guess by doing what you were doing to get your R&D team to 12. Just send people to the R&D team, you will level up eventually. You can do side missions and use the fulton recovery system to capture enemies and they will be in the waiting room

@A7xWWE9002 I don't remember, but it depends on how many member in your R & D team I think. But just keep doing side missions and it will finish developing faster. I got the shotty at extra ops 28 in some alley way which I got there by boosting myself above some wall with the lovebox.
