What an incredibly sarcastic yet poignant, wrecking-ball-to-the-head commentary Garfield has championed here. I am experiencing convulsions! Jim Davis, are we to take it that your cynical feline with a wit worthy of Shakespeare wasn't born yesterday?
yes, this illusion that we all must keep up is a tiring task. Garfield struggles everyday to abide by societies rules, this "illusion" as it were and always falls short. It shows how the pressure to read everyday becomes so great we must pretend to do it just to fit in, such powerful messages are conveyed here, i think everyone will agree im not exaggerating when i say jim davis is infact jesus
If you start reading thins you CANT stop .Once ther was a little girl named Cecilia. She was a little 7 year old who got strangled and raped by a man =.If you dont post this to 15 other videos you will see CCecilia standing at the end of your bed with a knife and she will kill you

Haha, this reminds me of that Arthur musical episode with the whole library card number. I guarantee that there is some Get out and Read Garfield PSA out there somewhere
I've done as the video said. I went out to get a library card and went to a library and read. However, I was rather confused as to what I should be reading. The only thing I had on hand was the card, so I sat down and read it many times over. I left the library after several days feeling disappointed, for I had hoped that reading would be fun.
Right. ApriI 20th 2007 was a day when "society" got its nose bloodied. 'Twas a day when the proverbial masses finally realized that it's one thing to SEEM well-informed; and another thing entirely to BE well-informed.
Thanks! I think you're right. My bad... grammar. Allow me to rephrase: Thank you Jim B. Davis, Lasagnacat and of course, the irrepressible Garfield for cutting to the chase, getting down to brass tacks, aiming that nuclear warhead at ground zero and talking turkey within the format of this particular poignant installment of the Garfield comic strip. READING IS INDEED FUNDAMENTAL. Go to the LIRBARY and open up a copy of "People" magazine.

I have a poster in my school library or Garfield standing, legs apart, with a disco finger in the air. The poster says "boogie on down to the library." If I ever started a school shooting, America's favorite fat cat would be the first to go.
Jim Davis' magnificently mellifluous malignment of intellectual mediocrity mobilized my mephitic mind into movement most immediately. After witnessing the whimsically wry wit with which Davis wrote such wondrous works of art truly worth our while, I became baffled beyond belief by just how much a benignant bit of biblical brilliance could benefit my befuddled brain.
