He was my Drill Instructor as well. Plt 2018 Fox co. I'm now a Drill Instructor myself and I do what I do because of people like GySgt Popaditch. He never let us get away with ANYTHING. Him and Capt Litchenberger (back then SSgt) made me a Marine and what I am now. I know I'll be able to shake their hand again someday.

I was in barnes & noble this afternoon with my dad just to get out of the cold for a few minutes. I always hang out in the history section. I saw this book, and just picked it up, and read the first chapter while I stood there. it was a vivid, and brutal picture of what combat is really like. i am goin back to thailand (missionary family) in 6 months, and I am DEFINATLEY getting this book to read on the plane. cant wait to join the ranks of heros like him. goin marine when graduate in 2 years
