  • Talk about some deep thinking!!Those who think this man is nuts are those who simply don't think at all or are just doubters of God!!!

  • If god hates sin so much why can't he stop me sinning? Am i better than god? Don't give me that after you die shit. An all powerful omnipresent being should be able to stop at least some of the rapes. Or is god a rapist too. Ask the un-consenting Mary.

  • Your such an idiot.

  • Yes..I agree

Nice that SOMEONE takes notice of what's around them. Unfortunately the masses don't appear to believe in God's wrath..that's because they really do but they r too scared to deal with it. Anyhow, thanks for video

Finally, We don't refute scripture, it refutes itself. If u visit my channel, you'll see a commentary I placed in my profile section. It raises the question of a good & loving god, vs. the biblical god of evil. A hint for Xians...If u knew the history & nature of Tahweh, you'd understand why all Xian attempts to explain & justify his actions & words, utterly fail every time. Have u taken the time & trouble to study the origin of the Yahweh character?

A god can't be righteous and evil.

  • #1

Here's something for "u" to chew on. You've made many claims throughout this video. God did this, and god did that...please demonstrate via evidence that your claims are true, and some reasoned thinking that supports such claims.

Also, u talk of "god's wrath." If the biblical god were real, why would he resort to threats of terrorism of the worst imaginable, to blackmail us into submission?? A god of truth & honor would not need to stoop to such a level.. Only a tyrant would do such a thing.

  • Could you please address what bigboy4454545 said in his comment? It's at the top of the video website. I want to believe what you say but he's got a good point. How do we address all of these cultures like ancient Egypt and Chinese and American Natives? They didn't seem to be affected by the flood. I want to understand. How do i fit that into this global flood story?

  • The Noahic flood is a myth. lol

  • Pure nonsense. What a jerk!

  • didn't this guy take any science classes in high school? WTF!!!!!!!!

  • Apparently this guy has never heard of geology.

  • Actually, only the religious sit and 'wonder at the majesty of god's creation'. Others actually try to figure out what happened.

Biblical floods have no place in history or scientific understanding.

  • Another thing God has made : that ignorant talking moron. Another proof of how powerful God can be.

  • Do you have any evidence to back up any shit you spewed? I say The flying spaghetti monster created the world see how our claims stand equally as grounded in logic.

  • I guess nature doesn't exist because god does everything. Ya I really buy into a wooden ship that survived sixty foot waves with dinosaurs on board but i guess they forgot the huge mammoths and other large mammals too. Really this whole christian theory was refuted with proof that it couldn't happen.

  • God didn't make those mountains. If anything it is a complex combination of physics did, which you appear to fail to comprehend. Your Ignorance is not evidence of God.

There is no evidence for a "world-wide flood" or that your assumptions about God's judgement and true, or a "new creation". You may feel that it is all the truth, but that's your opinion, and not verifiable truth. Shame on you for foisting myth as truth.

  • @drfoxcourt The thing is though, you're miserable and he's not!

    But hey,thats my opinion.

  • @dolcevita4me I find my joy in seeking the truth through evidence, tested hypotheses and logic. As a mathematician, I find great wonder and joy in these things.

I don't know if TRUTHgroup is less miserable than me or not. I know I don't find joy in harmful myth, like assuming that If someone doesn't do as the Bible says they deserve hell. This is a dangerous idea in the age of WMDs

  • (Atheist für das Leben und das wird sich nie ändern) gods wrath lol you mean natures wrath...god this god that where the hell is this person does he just live in the heads of the nut cases or what?

  • Always loved your videos

  • See the movie, "The God Complex," and learn the real truth.

  • A world -wide-flood, 4400 years ago? Funny, nobody told the Egyptians, the Chinese, the Indians of the country of Indian, or the Indians of North America, and South America, or the indigenous peoples of Australia.

Not to mention all the other peoples living in Europe, and all the island chains all over the world, and Africa.

Do stupid people really buy this story, without sifting through the bullshit in your bible? No, they believe without evidence. It's called faith. I call it ignorance.

  • @bigboy45454545 Of course ignorant people believe in this, but it's the same way innocent children believe in Santa Claus. They're conditioned to believe without analysis. It's in the brain wiring. It's kind of amusing in a way to me. There's a movie called "The God Complex," which addresses this belief head on. I suggest you check it out.

  • @fallenone202 you believe in hollywood, you believe the media, you believe what you were taught at school you believe in your parents and friends and you probably believe in Darwin. It's in the brain wiring. It's kind of amusing in a way to me.

  • @dolcevita4me Hollywood exists - I've been to Hollywood, I've seen it. I believe some of the things I was taught in school, but not all. I don't believe everything I heard from parents or friends. But I'll tell you one thing I, or any rational person, will never believe: an ancient book written in a dead language and translated a thousand times by primitive men who sacrificed animals and thought the world was flat. See "The God Complex." It puts the fiction back in the crucifixion.

  • @bigboy45454545 for you to be bothered in leaving such a long statement and searching for this clip and to watch it,you are obviously interested in finding the truth.

Guess what?? I used be just like you!!! THEN I MET THE LORD JESUS CHRIST!!! I LOVE HIM!!

  • @dolcevita4me So if you're like me then you're telling me that you lost your religion because there's absolutely no evidence for any Gods? The Christian God or any Gods. I'm happy that you've found logic and reason, because it sure isn't in that bronze-age book of fairytales. The book which would have us believe in talking snakes, rib-women and more. Yes you're right, it is immoral to lie to simple people for money. But it's about control too, as false comfort is provided. Reason be with you.

  • @bigboy45454545 @bigboy45454545 Where do you think morality and logic came from? You have both. I can see you are a nice person and that you have been brought up the right way. You will find that down your family tree eg. Grandad or great grandmother etc. They were christians who followed the Bible. If you look around the world you will notice that countries which are not christian they behave like animals with no morals. Do you want to live like them and be like them?

  • @dolcevita4me The earth is 4.5 billion years old. Humans have been on the planet between 100-200 thousand years. But you honestly believe God only started to care for last 2 thousand years? Morals are a subjective Evolutionary trait. Scandinavian countries are up to 80% Atheist. These people among the most moral. Your information is wrong. What's really immoral is lying to people about false magic Gods, and a magic world. Educate yourself about the natural world. Magic isn't real.

  • @bigboy45454545 You BELIEVE it's 4.5 billion years. You were taught from school and media to BELIEVE it is and where we came from.

The scandinavians are in europe and follow our morals. If they were in the far east or middle east, do you think they would be moralistic?

  • @dolcevita4me Whatever Dude. Nobody follows the bible. Laws in Europe and America and the modern world are Secular and not based on any holy book. American laws and the country itself is based on "freedom from religion". However America has become the largest Christian nation. There is a direct correlation between the religiosity of a country and higher rates of crime and immorality. Denial of this is would be pure ignorance on your part. Your country has huge social problems. I'm done, piss off

  • God's wrath is sexy.

  • Nice video - Daniel - I share your hope in our great God

  • Daniel, you are an idiot with your bizarre holy speak........religions are so stupid. Spirituality is a private matter that should be private.

  • You scare me. Good day, sir.

  • Hey, so do you really believe that before the Great Flood, there was a firmament of water above the domed earth that when god opened the flood gates it poured on the earth for the first time with the flood (possibly even the first rain)?

  • You're insane.

  • Insanely correct! ;)

  • I listen to what you say and I think about how silly it is and how you truly havent studied any biology, geology, archaeology, or any other subject in an academic setting... and it makes me frustrated.

However, when it comes down to it, I feel bad for you more than anything else.

  • I find many comments to be humorous because foolishness & darkened understanding is so obvious!

  • Omg, the story with noah and the flooding is a symbolic story, does NOONE got that ?!

  • god created every thing 12.000 years ago but light has been traveling billions of years to get here hows that be for real.

  • there was never a world wide flood and you know it. dont lie

  • my main question for the flooding of the earth is how did the water leave

  • I think you need to look up the definition of "evidence" and also "plate tectonics".

  • Such an awesome vid bro! :D

  • where did all the water go after the flood?

  • The surface of the earth is about 3/4 covered with water.

  • But where did it go?

  • So, you're asking me where the 3/4 of the earth's surface covered with water went?

    (It's covering 3/4 of the earth's surface!)

You might want to walk outside and look around.

  • I apologise. Yes, the earth is covered 3/4 in water, but that seems to be a bit of a non-sequitur. If the Earth was created in present form, that means it was created with 3/4 of the surface submerged, created with the water already there. Where would enough water to cover the entire surface go, if 3/4 is already covered?

  • Ah, that's just it.

The earth was NOT created in it's present day form.

A world wide flood about 4400 years ago can do quite a bit of damage.

  • I see. Where can I go to read more?

The Genesis account is a bit sparse on detail (all I managed to glean was something about "kinds" and an olive tree somehow growing from a sprout to a full-sized fruit-bearing tree in a week).

  • Read it again.

  • Okay, so we've got this guy who can live past 600 years, who takes his immediate family on a 450-foot ark with 7 of each "kind" of clean animal and two of each "kind" of unclean animal (isn't Biblical taxonomy fun?), then the earth floods to approx. 8,850 meter (Mt. Everest is 8,848m, and it supposedly covered the mountains with 20ft to spare), continuing to rain for 40 days, and you've heard the rest. This raises a few issues. What taxa is a "kind"?

    Also, watch: watch?v=rIlWKp44T50

  • There wasn't a worldwide flood 2,400 years ago. This is not the Dark Ages. Move on.

  • 4400 years ago...

  • look if youre gunna believe biblical literalism, why use the fruits of science? dont use the camera or youtube, as they are man made. its fine to believe your relig but if youre talkin 4400yrs then sell all you have and follow jesus as are his words

  • @theTRUTHgroup The flood tale states that Earth was completely flooded [from 1 side of the flat disc to the other & all around]. So, we're wondering, if Earth is not currently completely flooded, where did the water that did cover the parts of Earth that it doesn't anymore go to?

  • "God's creation."

Interesting. I suppose that includes plate tectonics that caused the tsunami in 2004 that killed more than 225,000 people.

No person's "freewill" caused that plate tectonics nor their natural movement - just, supposedly, your god's wonderful "design"!

    Some design.

  • Honk if you love Jesus. HONK!

  • Actually, what you see there is the power of plate tectonics with a little help from erosion.

  • Geology 101 kills your entire worldview.

  • what did man do wrong last time to get the wrath of the flood? the native americans were where you are now so what happened?

  • It's a beautiful landscape you have there (*falls to knees to worship the water cycle and the power of erosion*)

  • Interesting thought Daniel never looked at that way before.

I imagined Noah build his Ark on the top of a Mountain which in itself would increase the heckling of those that would see of or know of his work on the Ark.

  • Great Vid. Volcano eruptions are also evidence of the wrath of God.

  • I've been there! Love it...and "Garden of the God's" is cool too.

  • boo

  • Do you have a religion? Or do you just believe in God?

  • hes a Christian

  • so its even less than 6000 years . wow u guys get more stupid by the second

  • the flood

  • This is a great point of which I have never thought. What we see as God's creation, here on earth, is actually a visualization of His wrath. Wow. Thank you.

  • with water perished; but the heavens and the earth, which are now (created) by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. THE LORD IS NOT SLOW concerning His promise as some men count slowness; but is patiently long-suffering to us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

  • Wow, that is a really different perspective. Thanks for showing me another way of looking at the landscape.

  • Amen! Right on!

  • lol, it is physically impossible for a world wide flood to push up mountains... get ur facts right.

  • You just don't get it, do you.

    OPEN YOUR EYES!!!!

  • do YOU think its physically possible for us to evolve from apes.

no sir... get YOUR facts right

  • Ru4dlord: Did you get an education?

  • I love this channel! :) That is beautiful scenery in this video.

I really like the point of the video about God's judgement. It is so serious.

  • You call yourselves the TRUTH group but I haven't heard any truth yet. All I've heard are opinions that are most likely wrong. The planet's shape is not evidence of a flood. That's like saying, "I woke up so that's proof that God made me." That isn't proof. That's just putting a label on something and calling it a fact without evidence.

  • I know exactly what your saying. When you said look forward to the new Earth and heavens it reminded me not to fear about the weight the world places on me but to focus on the King. Thanks for this video and I hope to see another one soon. God bless Daniel. Peace.

  • ohhh dear.

research:- the big bang, cosmology, evolution etc etc etc.

all you see that isn't man made is natural and not 'god's' work because there isn't and hasn't ever been a god.

next you'll be telling me that dinosaurs didn't exist.

we came from slim, we weren't put here by a god or jesus but evolved from slim through evolution over billions of years after this planet cooled, unless you can show me this 'god' and then i might believe you

  • There's no use.

Obviously, your brain hasn't 'evolved' quite enough yet.

Honestly, I don't see how you can trust the thought patterns inside that mass of goo in your head.

I'm glad I was created intelligently.

  • Intelligence is a gift from God and so is wisdom. If we humbly ask, He will give wisdom and discernment. And the words to speak to those who perish, when we need them, in love of course.

  • If anything puts me in awe of a big, big God, it's the idea of glaciers ripping through mountain ranges over millions of years, not some kooky idea of geological history ("4400 years ago") based on an over-literal translation of the Bible. Still, this is beautiful scenery and the wind sound gave me the shivers!

  • lmao...end of days? People have been talking about the end of days forever. Each new generation of people think that the world is gonna end during their time.

hmmm...but nothing ever happens, how strange.

the world isnt gonna end, you people are ridiculous with your talk of rapture and tribulation.

  • I don't recall this video talking about either one of those topics. (rapture, tribulation)

However, we are closer to the end than we've ever been in history so far.

    How's that for logic?

  • Ah it's my fault for bringing up the rapture. It just comes to mind when the wrath of God is the topic.

"However, we are closer to the end than we've ever been in history so far.

    How's that for logic? "

    rofl

Amazing mathematical skills Dan! Every day is one closer to death and judgment(keep that in mind atheists) or eternal life in heaven :)

  • Ya, since it hasn't happened, it WONT happen

    2 Peter 3:3-12

in the last days scoffers [empaiktes] will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, "Where is this 'coming' he promised?

  • You have just proved a bible prediction! 2nd Peter Ch 3 Knowing this first, that there shall come scoffers, walking after their own lusts and saying, 'where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were, from the beginning of the creation. For this they are willingly are ignorant of; that by the word of God the heavens were of old and the earth standing out of the water and in the water; whereby the world that then was, being overflowed

  • Umm, the Glaciers made the valleys and mountains, not some worldwide flood. There's no proof that existed and no unbiased scientists I know of support that.

  • lol unbiased scientist. I couldn't think of a better oxymoron

  • I can: Logical Fundamentalist Christian.

  • Oh no, its the 'im smarter than every Christian' argument.

  • I never said that, but I do understand Christianity, and it's why I dont believe. It's not about intelligence, it's about not being afraid to question.

  • I'm certainly not afraid to question.

That actaully how most people become Christian.

  • Than why the incessant need to try and scare people instead of trying to show the "logic" in your religion?

  • I know I'm not trying to scare anyone.

I'm just a messenger to deliver truth.

If I were to tell you to quit driving down a certain road because it ends at the top of a 5000 foot cliff, would that be an attempt to scare you?

Or, an attempt to give you 'reason' and 'logic' as to why you shouldn't keep driving down that road?

  • I don't think you understand as much as you think. The 'Christianity' you may think you understand are the those belonging to the suppressive institutionalized cultic religions. Distortion of truth is what is needed to gain religious control, and to keep that distortion under wraps, questioning is frowned upon. The Bible doesn't teach this.

You are right though. It's not about intelligence.

  • Doesn't Jesus say those who aren't for him are against him? And that there are sheep and goats?

  • Yeppers...

I pray that you get off the goat path one day soon.

  • So really, your Christianity is no different than suppressive institutionalized cultic that separates themself from everyone else. Nice to know.

  • You can drive off of the cliff if you want...

    I fully support your choice.

I'm only here to give you the warning.

What you choose to do with it is all up to you.

That's your God-given freedom, my friend.

(But, if you DO drive off the cliff...

I guarantee you're not going to like it.)

  • Here we go with the scare tactics.

  • What do you have against goats?

  • Being born again and becoming a christian is totally logical. Fearing punishment is logical! But, it's not just about fear!! Not at all. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. But the rest of the story is LOVE!!! IT IS TOTALLY ABOUT LOVE!!! God loves you SO much that He came to earth as a man, to pay the price for your sins, so you would not be a GOAT, but saved. And you could have His love forever!! What could be more logical than to accept HIS WONDERFUL GIFT OF LOVE AND FORGIVENESS????

  • "The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom." No fear is the end of wisdom and logic.

  • So you think fear is good then? What do you fear?

  • Not sure where you got that. Fear of somethings is rational-ie those things we can prove-like a hungry lion in your living room. Fear of the unknown is not rational. And when people use fear to justify belief, they are throwing rationality out the window. Fear is the beginning of the end of rational thought. So when someone tells me I should beleive something because I might go to a place they can't prove exists. That's fear mongering, plain and simple. No believe should start with fear.

  • Fearing what you don't know could be considered very rational, since there are many dangerous things in the world. Caution as a result of fear of an unknown upcoming situation, seems rational to me. So you would want to be prepared. I want to be prepared for where I am going when I leave this earth. I AM NOT COMING BACK! So I reached out to the Creator and He revealed Himself to me and the truth about my need to get ready for eternity. Now I am not afraid.

  • You are taking a hug risk, not seeking to ascertain if there really is a God. I would think a healthy fear of pushing the knowledge of God out of your mind and heart is rational, until you have really addressed him and his reality. The bible says the unsaved are already guilty because the knowledge of God's existence is in everyone, but many do not want to and will not RETAIN the knowledge of God and so push Him away and are without excuse on judgment day.

  • "No believe should start with fear."

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

    (Proverbs 1:7)

  • No it ISN'T! Fear is the antithesis of knowledge. Has it occurred to you that when you drive your car, take antibiotics, drink clean water, flip the light switch, use your computer/tv/mp3 player/electric toothbrush that you are enjoying the benefits of SCIENTIFIC DISCOVERY? You should be really grateful that most people know where to draw the line with that fear/knowledge thing. Want a great example of a society that fears the Lord first? Present-day Afghanistan. Want to try living there?

  • Simply put, if you believe because you fear not to, you cease to use rationality in your decisions. And that is a false belief. I can't scare myself into believing something is true without evidence. To do that, is to ignore one's true beliefs. I don't believe out of fear, I believe out of logic.

  • I have the clear evidence the Creator left for me, that he exists and that there is life after death and I need to be right with Him to go where He is when I die. All of creation testifies to the reality of a creator. And a true self examination tells me I am sinner, I have a corrupted heart that needs the light of Jesus to shine in it. I need God to change my heart and to show His mercy to me in the form of the blood of Jesus, shed for my sins, as payment in full!!

  • I never said there wasn't a creator. I fully agree we have a creator. We disagree on who that is. And an examination of the evidence suggests to me I'm on the right path.

  • It seems rational to me in a world with danger that you have a 50/50 chance, if you like to use odds, that the unknown could be dangerous. So wisdom and rationale would tell you to consider what you might ascertain before heading into a HUGE unknown like death and eternity. In this discussion 50% chance of going to hell, ain't good odds in my play book!! I want 100% assurance that I will not go there! And thankfully, there is a way to know I have avoided it, by the LOVE AND GRACE OF GOD!!!

  • What is more intelligent than accepting a warning, given in love and concern. If a fireman came to your door to tell you your house was on fire and to get out, you would thank him! EVEN if he was geeky and wore glasses!! Or if he had an annoying voice. Beyond the warning, is the promise of LOVE!! IT IS NOT ABOUT RELIGION, BUT A LOVING RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS. He loved you so much He died so you could be forgiven of your sins and have a loving relationship with Him!! He came to SET YOU FREE!!!

  • no, you dont.

if you really understood christianity and sought God with a open heart....you would know.

  • Dude! god is the most powerful god! he knows everything! and if god is bad! y did he created us! because he loves us... and he even send his son jesus christ! its a sign of love for us!

  • There has to be more to religion than this. There just can't be millions of people who are motivated by fear, guilt, and shame. I understand that atheism offers nothing, but what so many YT theist are offering is worse than nothing. There has to be at least one religion for human beings, there has to be at least one.

  • There are lots of religions, even solo ones, where people pick and choose truth for themselves, thus creating their own religion. The big ones spawn from these.

Truth is truth, no matter who likes it.

  • The mountains are to protect us from the water in the future. That is why God pushed them up after the flood.

  • Daniel - how relevant this topic might be!

Dude that Yellowstone Caldera super volcano might be getting ready to blow!!!!! There have been over 300 earthquakes around it in the last week. You are too close bro - I would guess we get raptured out of here if it blows.

  • bigwhammy: The pre-trib rapture is false doctrine. Read Revelation. God says to "persevere". Persevere in what? In our testimony for Jesus Christ and in our refusal to take the mark of the Beast.

The Mark of the Beast happens during the Tribulation period. We will be here during the Tribulation period. Prepare yourself.

  • Sorry but I disagree...

Rev 3:10"Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. "

For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. ( 1 Thes 5:9)

  • Have you not read Genesus? What was the purpose of the flood if God does not send His wrath on man?

Also, as for the two verses you cited, have you considered the context? Who is the "you" and the "us" in these two verses? Is it all of humanity, or those who believe?

  • *Genesis

  • And God keeps His promises. However, this is a promise to protect us during the trials- ON EARTH.

    Noah was protected- on earth.

    Jeremiah was saved- on earth.

    Expect to be here.

  • Amazing video. I love the mountains.

  • God is amazing isn't he? Everything in this world hangs by delicate, precise balances of Nature's Laws. Isn't it all too perfect to have happened by chance? I believe that God created everything, and it is beautiful in His sight. God made you and me, but sin has marred us. Still, he loved us so much, that he sent his only son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross on our behalf, so we can be forgiven and reconciled to him! Our God is a God of love! Isn't he wonderful?

    Newpy Hap Year!

    Lol!

  • Sure, he loves us a bunch, but was the blood sacrifice really necessary? Couldn't an omnipowerful being simply say "is OK, I forgive you"?

  • The sacrifice fulfilled a legal transaction in the same way a sentence is carried out in court.

Justice MUST be satisfied or the judge is not just.

  • Wow, at first i thought your comment was satirical. Is that really how you see things? I'm sorry but that's just plain sick.

  • Comment removed

  • i blame you for perpetuating this sickness

  • you got that right bro

  • @GoodCoffeeInc What's sick is the fact that your god had to sacrifice his son (who didn't die, but went to heaven) to forgive sins, AND people are still condemned to hell. What's more sick is that your god [according to the belief] tortures people who don't believe in him.

  • @Boxcutter7 Do you just go around trying to cut Christians down? Is that all you do? Jesus died to save us. God give sinners every chance available to save themselves. And they deny it. Many are just to scared to think they arent the strongest thing out there. @GoodCoffeeInc Good job man. And God bless.

  • @TheMetalheadQS Every once in a while I'll see christian videos in the 'related videos' that have titles (such as "god's wrath", "atheism is immoral" or "no such thing as ex-christian") that I predict will show how evil and/or stupid the religion is, a religion that I wish I hadn't indoctrinated into, and I'll try to knock some sense into peoples' heads. Why does the god need to give the sinners a chance to save themselves when he could just show himself & explain what they're doing wrong?

  • @Boxcutter7 Another thing, stop that nonsense about "god gives sinners every chance available to save themselves". Believers get forgiven, but what about the nonbelievers? Stop the whole thing on sin, since the only sin is disbelief and a lot of the sins are created in the bible, so a lot of disbelievers are not going to be persuaded to repent, and a lot of the sins are obviously morally wrong to commit, so...

  • @Boxcutter7 Good question.

You've just explained what He's already done.

He came to the earth as Jesus. He told everybody what's going on, what He's doing and why He's doing it. And, He's left us His word to explain it all in the meantime.

    Take yourself, for example.

You know what you're doing wrong. You know where to find truth.

Yet, you still refuse to pay attention to it.

And now, here's God reaching out to you through people like me.

That leaves you without any excuses.

  • @theTRUTHgroup There's no historical evidence that Jesus the Anointed One ever even existed, never mind that he was a god. Plus, what I'm talking about is current, not 2000+ years ago - why can't god show himself?

  • @theTRUTHgroup "He's left us His word to explain it all in the meantime." But he didn't bother to leave a key for correctly interpreting that word so that his people could all believe correctly and live in unity under those correct beliefs. Interesting. And if god is reaching out through people like you, is it any wonder we'd turn him away? You belittle unbelievers and brag about how cruel and destructive your god's judgement can be. Ohhh!!! Count me in!!!!

  • @theTRUTHgroup "He came to earth as Jesus" cite evidence pls. That Jesus was just a man is far more likely given that none of Jesus' miracles can be verified.

"God is reaching out to people" cite evidence pls. If He were reaching out to people, would it not be more obvious that a "change of heart". By what mechanism is God acting?

Think a little more critically pls. Your salvation depends on it.

  • @Boxcutter7 Actually, He did die.

He spent 3 days in the earth.

    (Matt 12:40)

"For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."

Resurrection can't exist without death first.

  • @theTRUTHgroup Wow lol ok, my point is that he DIDN'T die, since he didn't stay dead, so it wasn't a sacrifice. However, since christians believe that it was a sacrifice, it brings up the fact that christians worship a god of human sacrifice (even if Jesus the Anointed One character was the only one & even if he was god's son). Also, before the human sacrifice the Abrahamic god required animal sacrifices to forgive sins.

  • @Boxcutter7 Let me guess, aethiest or Muslim?

  • @chrisjp20 Atheist, apostate from christian.

  • Yes, but if god is control of everything, then HE was not just the court that declared the blood sacrifice necessary, but the legislative body that decided what justice would be for this case, and how it could be satisfied -- and I have yet to hear a really good explanation for the logic behind his decision. Why declare it necessary to sacrifice yourself to yourself, in order to appease yourself?

  • You do have a point. If you are to appease the spirits or gods, a ritual must be carried out as a fair exchange. You give them power, they give you power.

  • SkepticalAtheist, I've heard this question before. Basically, to Elohim, all disobedience, rebellion, sin, etc. is imperfect before Him. Elohim cannot have any imperfection in His presence. Elohim banished Adam and Chawwah from Eden just for eating a fruit they were forbidden from eating. This is why He established blood sacrifices. However, people made it a ritual rather than a way of atonement, so Elohim sent his own Son to be a once and for all sacrifice. That is pure love.

  • there is no god

  • lol ok

  • How can god make a mountain, when he doesnt even exist?

  • How do you know He doesn't exist? Do you every little thing in the whole universe, or every little piece of say gold on earth? Are you all knowing? Where were you when the earth was being formed, how about not even though of yet. Unless you can prove there is no God, then maybe you should exaimine the evidence carefully.

  • prove he does exist!

i can prove to you i have a brick in my hand by showing you the brick, show me this'god' and i'll believe you.

  • It wouldnt matter brother. Because it's never good with people. We want sun, we get sun but then we say: ITS TO MUCH! Then we get rain, and we say ITS TO MUCH!. We human beings are never satisfied... + you would die if you saw Gods face... Oh yeah, P/Saul saw Jesus and this happened to him: Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened he saw no one. But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. 9 And he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank.

  • All i tryin' to say is, even if w'ere a chosen one to see God, you would still have the same doubt and same battle inside your soul as if you didn't see Him, so what good will it do ya? Nothing, God only does what's best for you, but you might wanna go and check it out from a different angle to see what God wants to do with your life. Your eyes will be opened if you will turn to Him!

  • That makes no sense, go is so powerful but he cannot prove to me that he exists?

Why do all christians "feel" him but not atheists, or people from other religions, all this "you wouldn't believe it even if he showed to you" is just dodging the question.

If god wanted to he could provide proof, scientific or not of his existence.

And don't even get me started with christians trying to prove god scientifically, twisting facts to fit their worldview, kind of like Baghdad bob.

  • Why does God have to prove it to you? Why does it always have to be your way? If you would just stop and try to understand who God is, you would find that if there was undeniable proof that God existed, there would be no point in having a relationship with him. God wants a righteous and just relationship with you, not an undeniable forced one.
