  • I just bought this and the black sniper edition rip cords (off your links so that you could get credit). I already have an Iron Gym and pushup bars. I'm pretty sure that by following your exercise routine and diet plan, I can get like you.

  • How do I gain weight, yet still try to look lean like you? I bought TRexx supplement, have been taking it religously for about 2 weeks. Do I need to gain weight first, then lean down. Im at 148 trying to get to 165. Basically I dont want to have big arms, and chest...but have an okay stomach.

  • u got a build but when u wear clothes cant really see it cos u got a slim figuire i get that all the time i' bout the same built as u but in clothes i look skinny but u can see i'm ripped if i take my top off and i aint getting any bigger after 3 years just toned

  • @TheNaomiCo nooooooo, thats for EVERYONE! eating bad only one day a week will NOT hurt you, the same way eating good only one day a week will not help you!!! plus it helps with motivation
