Keep your toes pointed in and get your heels under your butt. I always notice these two things the most, because they are what I have the most trouble with =P
Pull his/her nose towards you more and push him up into the bit using your legs, he/she may speed up at first but it will engage his hind end making a much better lope. Try to sit still and square your shoulders this will allow the horse to move easily into a nice lope, by rocking he/she may speed up..good job
Try not to rock the top of your body so much, try to keep it still. Use your legs to drive him forward, not your seat. Rocking like that makes it harder for the horse to move properly. Nice!
You shouldn't be "cantering" on a western horse.
Collect your horse and slow down a bit. You should be "loping" x]

you need to square your shoulders so that they are straight, and a little bit back, so your chest is out just a little.

Keep your hands up a bit more, like you did near the end. Also keep your toes in...thats about it :D Great riding!
