The character you're referring to was Chad Rollo played by Richard Burgi who can currently be seen on Desperate Housewives as Susan's(Teri Hatcher's) ex and Bree's(Marcia Cross's) lover. Hope that helps.

Wow, a different Donna. I never saw her either. Sofia Landon was the closest to Anna Stuart's Donna than this actress, but then again, I'm not used to this other actress. Thanks for posting.
