for the ronin style, you have to kill your first ronin luitenant in a sword/throwing fight

for the samedi style, you and shaundi have to protect your gang hideout from a samedi ambush

for the brotherhood style, you and pierce have to steal a truck but I forget where you drop it off

u have to play the gangs. and when u get to a certain part of the gang mission u unlock a new fighting style. once u unlock it go to the plastic sergion and pick fighting style and thats ur fighting style till u change it again

Well one thing you can do is complete missions and you will unlock a variety of things such as gang members to follow you or fighting styles. The second thing you can do is just go to a plastic segeon and change your fighting style i belive thats it
