Simon should go to Runefest dressed as the average bot. Drag med helm, granite body etc. Then if Jagex ask what he is dressed as he can say a bot and say that its a problem and what are they going to do about it. If they laugh, cause a scene until they insist on going on a bot hunt ban trip. If they throw you out, stop playing rs and don't give in to botters ruining the game. :)

The best way to combat bots is too bring back the old random events, bots would die or lose equipment. it would be a short term solution to the problem

idk about the cbt lvl handicap. It would seem weird if lower lvls had the firecape because of a handicap. It would lessen the reward (gloves i think) if everyone could get it regardless of their combat lvl.
