Man did I need this. Christmas EVE. Next to my home,a young man's car shorted out and caught on fire. That is bad enough, reported it to police and INS, and OMG less then an hour later, a cop came and ticketed the car for "over two hour parking." What a crock. Snall town. What scrooges.
