@burnleyfan11965 . i once read that he was a paratrooper, army boxing champion and laid out half the Scottish pack at Parc De Princes in 77. unfortunately I wasnt born and cant find any videos of it.

@only1sausage he certainly laid out scotlands no8 Donald Mcdonald in the 77 game and McDonald was certainly no softie,and knocked a few more down,yeah he was an army boxing champion and i believe a paratrooper.he also put his fist threw a dressing room ceiling on one occasion.todays so called stars would crap themselves up against Cholley

Late 70's early 80's France were magic. Great Pack could play it fast in the loose and the backs had PACE, Romeu was at full back then I think?..bloody hell what a luxury! Fouroux was a midget but worked everyone over on the first half!
