I honestly can't hear an angel singing in this song and I have heard this song a million times. What does the angel sound like? Where exactly in this song does the angel start singing and for how long?

At he two minute mark the angel begins to sing. It sounds like a synthesizer but it's not. It resonates at a different velocity.

After 1:49 the Angel starts to sing. In the beginning it says I'm right behind you (by the testimony the Angel was behind Jason) and it keeps singing after Jason and with Jason... the Angels sings: Fly... Fly... and so on! Notice the sound slowly and heavenly behind!

Read Worship Matters by Bob Kauflin...incredible book! I am a Reformed Charasmatic. I believe in the giftings...tongues, prophecy, etc.. but there are many Christians who believe that we are individually the bride of Christ and that our worship "arouses" the Holy Spirit to "descend" and fill us up to the point where we are shaking and helpless-which would be cool but that's not the point. The Holy Spirit is manifested in us all the time because we are believers. Sing Truth and Praise to Jesus!

emotional....all i can say. this song, although pretty, does not proclaim the gospel or glorify christ- which our worship and lives should be about btw- but instead is unintentionally making an emotion/sensation driven worship that does nothing more than make christians think that this life is about experiencing the supernatural and feeling that euphoria that comes with new age style worship. angels don't have any reason to make themselves heard during worship

I always find it sad that "believers" love to judge someone else's experience with God. Were you not overjoyed at salvation?? Are you never overcome with grief at repentance? Are you never ecstatic concerning the love you have for HIM??? If I were not, I'd have to go back and take a good look at my relationship with my LORD. God's truth is revealed in the bible and people make start making up these fantasies that they can hear angels singing so that it can make their worship experience seem more emotional and amazing. There is nothing scriptural about angels singing with men to where you can hear them. People lose focus on the cross and get into angel idolatry. I can't stand it.

It's ok - ngles - becuase they are of God, and that is ok, because anything God does or approves of is ok. So I don't see a problem, unless people lose focus of God. God Bless x x

but i think when people are really in total worship with all their heart, soul, mind, we don't really notice anything else because God's reality is more than our physical senses.

again, if all we're getting out of worship is emotions, it's not true worship of the son of God.

Well, this version of this song was recorded at a concert... When He was coming off stage after the concert, a boy told him he had seen an angel singing along with him. He didnt believe him, and shrugged it off.

After this, When he heard the voices in the background he freaked out, and started to belive the boy. He had it tested to see if someone might have gotten a microphone and sang along, but all the tests were negative. The boy was right.

its the love of God for every individual person but more importantly its the fellowship with Christ Jason has.

i guarantee you Jason spends most of his time in the word and in prayer and being full of the Spirit. When we become followers of Christ. When you draw close to God, He draws close to you and when He draws close everything of His kingdom draws close as well. We as believers want more of God but few are willing to pursue God. Pursue him with all ur heart and His power will be with you.

I'm pretty sure it was a live recording during a concert. They went over the tracks later on and found two wavelengths in Jason's vocal mic: Jason's and an unknown source. None of the bg vocals were singing at the time, only Jason and none of the other mics picked it up so it couldn't have been overtone. Apparently one of the worship team members said he saw smoke coming from the ceiling but there was no fog generator.

OMG you didn't bother actually watching like it was or you'd "see what I see".

He's wearing black over his skin so you see the orange. If you watch it, but stare centimeters away from him or blur your eyes slightly, you'll see what the artist was trying to convey.
