Oh I just love the vvay Mac yells enough at the suspect after her calls Havvkes an animal. I have high expectations for this episode, thanks for sharing.

Well he spit on Danny so I think that's who he was talking about being an animal.

Ok I mean I don't know for sure but at 20 seconds he is spitting on Danny (it's definitely Danny him and Hawkes look nothing alike) so unless he also spits on Hawkes it wouldn't make sense that he would say there is no law against spitting on an animal in reference to Hawkes if he spits on Danny.

But maybe he spits on both

He doesn't spit on any of them. He spits right in front of Havvkes's feet, try revvatching it, it is pretty easy to tell if you pay attention :)
