In my opinion, the art is a slight weakpoint, but the technology is impressive and the control mechanics are sure to make this a good experience.

Halo's a great game, but other than there being aliens there's not much similarities. I guess you could argue the use of melee attacks could be taken from Halo, but by now this should be mandatory. The aliens look really cool, and those guns look sweet! Can't wait to play it!

on nintendo's e3 posting on there site it sais the wiispeak periferal will be sold seperatly as well and will msrp at $ 29.99. high voltage stated in a previous interview they were looking into a chat option, i think that this point theres a 90% probability the game will have full on voice chat. i can't wate to experience true online on my wii. WiiSpeak will allow for voice chat to be easily implemented, now that it will be packed in with Animal Crossing: City Folk, so it will upto High Voltage whether or not they wish to make use of it.

Without a doubt WiiSpeak will be sold separately before long, and other devs will make use of it.

As it is, WiiSpeak's will facilitate 'group chat', where one group can chat to another, of course this means than one person can chat alone as well - so all bases are covered

So far all that has been revealed at E3 is mostly concerning the single player experience - as of their interview with IGN before E3 (where they announced 16 player online multiplayer), they haven't divulged any further information about the multiplayer experience and have not confirmed or denied voice chat being part of the game.

If voice chat were to become a reality in the multiplayer component of The Conduit, then it will definitely make use of WiiSpeak to facilitate that feature.

Nintendo needs Wiispeak. If they had that, they would be on level footing with the Ps3 and the 360. Graphics don't matter simply because, the Wiis graphics are pretty nice anyway. What people want with their FPS are chat and smooth graphics. Who cares if the textures are photorealistic (Neither are the PS3s or 360s anyway) Look at Team Fortress 2? One of the best online FPSs and perfect balance between fun, fluidity, and nice tight graphics. Thats all you need.

The fact that this game still has no developers strongly suggests that they are afraid to invest in something, that they believe, is so radically different that it appeals to a target audience not present in the majority of the Wii userbase.

In other words, developers do not think that there is a big enough core audience in the Wii userbase to embrace this game if released.

The overwhelming online fan support and worldwide attention it has received says otherwise.
