This is an amazing father-son moment created by Disney. I love how Bambi finally shows his dad how to really have fun--no matter how uptight you have to be for your job. I teared up a little when I first saw the movie.

And Patrick Stewart is also my dad's fave actor(Star Trek). 2:34 for that!!

You know I hate most of the direct to video tripe from Disney but this the best one out of all of them. It was beautifully animated and the story was was thoughtful and expanded on the characters. I feel like I get to know Bambi better and the idea of how Bambi adjusts to life after his mother's death is interesting. I felt the first movie left a lot of questions that Bambi II shed some light on. I dare say this could have been in theaters.

I grew up with the old Bambi, but I honestly like this one better. The first one he hardly talked and was a toddler most of the movie. This one has a fun, likable story that can relate to a lot of people, there's a lot more interaction between characters, and it has sad points without someone having to die. :)

Well, I think this sequel is one of the better from Disney - especially when considering they were trying to attain the level of the original Bambi. But maybe I'm the only one, when I listen to this song "first signs of spring" in Bambi II, the intonation and quality of voice is downright poor. It could be the Disney has spoiled me with perfectly orchestrated scores and electronic alteration (missing those analog years!). To my ear, someone dropped the ball on the engineering of this song...

Dont get me wrong, i loved this sequel, but did anyone else feel that seeing more of his dad kinda ruined the proud, dignified personality that he had, i mean in the first film his father barely talks and he looks just so freakin awsome, but i kinda felt that his awsomeness got dumbed down with the sequel a bit

@PurpleRacoon its called an online screensaver but its basically a game like feral hearts or arokai. the difference with this game is that its a chatroom with no chat, the deer communicate through body language, nodding, laughing bearing antlers, and the forums people can post their art work etc. you start as a fawn for a month then become a stag and the other deer control your appearance. Look for me on there, I'm called Kutanra, I help newcomers :)
