i was in that hotel they showed. my mom was one of the people that were outside. that was the worst flood i had ever seen in my lifetime. i dont think our little town will ever be the same!

I live south of watseka down in danville, and I work at one of the TV stations in Champaign, and we've been doing stories on the flooding all week and its nuts for those of you who live in watseka i hope your doing all right...

Yeah my mother just bought a house there in july. The last time she saw her house the water was creeping up through the heating vents and her car was completely gone....what happens when it gets cold!?

Dude, that is an insane thought. There could be 4 or 5 ft of solid ice your livingrooms. I live in Nebraska but my cousin (and good friend) lives in Watseka Il. be safe.
