Someone asked, so here's how I play it:

Verse: F#, C#, Ebm, Bbm, B, [F#, B, C#]

Leading up to the chorus instead goes: [F#, G#, B]

Chorus: C# (at "us"), B, C# ... Ebm (at "you know") Bbm.

The break bit with no singing is just B and F#.

You could also tune the guitar down half a step and then play it in G. (ie G, D, Em, Bm, C, G, C, D)
