A lot of professional artist's use both. The Cintiq is great for preliminary sketches and lines as it has a more natural feel identical to pencil on paper however it can really strain the eyes and not ideal to making huge brushstrokes thus the intuos is used to more often in the painting stage. And guys he said at 0:21 why he uses the Cintiq and intuos -_-
Hey dude, just wondering why you would use an intous on a cintiq when the contiq has a touch screen. Im sure theres a huge benifit that im missing, i own neither, im still working with a graphire 4 but im trying to decide between an intuos 4 or cintiq
how the hell can you sync your mind with the tablet and the desktop? I'd be pressing down on it constantly trying to reposition it. It'd piss me off big time. I'm definitely getting one with a screen built in.
@Vorsatz13 I really dont know, but i can tell you...i got an I4 Large, and its pretty 'large', seriously , you only use the square marked area in the center of the tablet ^^
U need a really big screen to work with full tablet area...otherwise, you will keep zooming in and use only the center of the tablet =]
ok maybe i spelt this wrong i talk about if you have 2 monitors you cant use like this? now i can respond this i buy a tablet hehe and you can use with 2 monitors, you can toggle the monitor with the tablet and if you like you can use the the monitor together to. but thanks "morable"

@DrSulfurious you see the cursor on the screen even when you just move your hand over the tablet, it's actually pretty intuitive.

This looks like the L size is big enough for digital painting. What is the XL size used for then?
Does anyone know the benefits of the XL version??

banhotsu 9 months ago
@banhotsu well, u'll be fine, but any tiny movement of ur hand will correspond to a huge movement on the screen. but you will get used to it.
jmsaxophone 9 months ago
