Joe and I played "killer" in jr. high at Cajon valley. I remember my last night in San Diego 1995, it was Joe, Patrick, and Phil , sneaking out by Granite Hills highschool and fucking with the eagle statue. Joe's family was so cool. Hard to believe that good people die young.
watched Joe grow up at Naranca elementry,then Cajon Middle School and El Cajon Valley HS, watched Joe as a catcher for The Yankees Little League team in at El Cajon American LL and his trip to San Bernardino wher they lost to Hawaii Joe was a wonderful young man and passed away the day beofre my wifes and mine 34th anniversary it was a terrible shock to us all My youngest son went to school and played ball with Joe we loved him like a son
Joe Kennedy was my idol since we have the same name I guess and because he's awesome!!! Even though he was only 28, he made a big impact on me. God took him to early. I'll always remember him.

He had hypertensive heart disease. Man it was a shock. He was always one of those players that I wouldn't necessarily follow, but I knew who he was.

he died on November 23, 2007, but somehow it didnt take them until January 15, 2008, to find out what he had died of. since it was so suddenly.

he had a heart attack. 2 differant forms of heart disease. common forms but not in his age group. he was only 28 i believe.
