  • if you dont extend your arms all the way down you can permanently damage your arms because you wont be able to fully extend them

  • Great but its not 100 lbs, its 90 lbs . I have barbells like that in my gym. The bar is 10 lbs + 8 plates of 10lbs = 90lbs.

  • Good form man I just started curling 100lbs about two weeks ago but I have only been working out for about two months but Im 6'1 and about 212lbs so I don't know if this is good for me or not

  • @ausi4x4 I find that they put more definition in my arms while a barbell adds mass... and its a nice variation... not to mention you can really feel the burn really quickly...

    love the intensity and the power. you're curling 100 for at least 8 reps!! you are a power stud.

    also love the split in your pecs, about half-way down. that will become more prominent as you get bigger.

    and i have no doubt you will be getting bigger.

  • thanks, the fore arm excercise was something I saw in a movie and I was trying it out.... pretty effective....

  • yea i agree with 'tut08' not being a dick also but..

    when doing it needs to be slower. try not to lean back when doing curling because leaning back makes it easier so straight back helps, not saying ur not straight when doing it but there u go aha, and keep ur arm completely straight to ur body

  • Oh and before any says, notice I said 'bar' I'm not claiming to dumbell curl 100lb, holy shit if only }=), so yeah the 100lb + EZ bar weight, the 50lb are dumbells.

  • Greek shut the fuck up, I bet you swing your curls like a baseball bat, this dude could probably do alot more but unlike you he's keeping good form so he will be using a lower weight, I use 50lb dumbells but for 100lb + bar weight I have to 'cheat curl' if I want to do anymore than 7 or 8, and I am ALOT smaller than this guy.
