  • i forgot they didn't have a time limit back then. on meredith's version, they have that stupid clock and even more questions to earn a million. must be nice!

  • OAD 2/4/04

  • she goes good job when they were leaving, well DUH he just one a million dollars

  • toooooooo fuckin easy!!!!!!

  • no pero el chbon asi no mas , sos millonario , ee qe bueno dice es re jil yo empiezo a correr por todos lados xD

  • einsteinium

  • so...easy....!

  • I Guested that and i am 12

Newton was a physicist He did gravity and forces. Why would he have a chem element for mim

  • Dude, all of these four were physicists...

  • @exscape If they were all physicists why would they have chemical element

  • @VisualFX111 Well, because they're famous scientists? Elements aren't just named after chemists. Have a look at a perodic table and look at elements 96 through 112; most are named after scientists, regardless of their main field. Also, without physics, there would be no chemistry, and without an understanding of physics, we wouldn't understand chemistry.

  • John Carpenter did it better.

  • Why is it sped up? Edited or your camera?

  • @sonicfangamer2 It was the first millionaire episodes and they speed up. But in the last episodes like Ed Toutaunt, and Bernie Cullen, etc.

  • an i am a goat an that would be baaaaaaaad

    lolzzzzz

  • oh my god... einsteinium are you fricking kidding me go to school

  • Wow...i wonder how old that confetti is???

  • Comment removed

  • i love how his wife grabs the check and runs off

  • Haha that's hilarious!

  • You have got to be kidding me! That's way to easy to be a million dollar question. I'm in seventh grade and i knew the answer as soon as i saw the question.

  • einstein had einsteinium named afetr him - no i didnt just make that up - most people having done hs chemistry should have got it after the 50/50

  • i knew Einstein had a element named after him for sure so once it was down to 2 it was easyyy, and i failed science 9....kinda sad if a sci-tard like me can figure out the 1mill chemistry question.

  • That was an easy question, I guess you don't have to be so smart to win the game.

  • If I won a million I wouldn't just sit there and smile i'd be like jumping around hugging everybody xD

  • i usually cant anser questions after $1000 but i actually knew that one

  • "HE WON A MILLION DOLLAHS" lol

  • lol im 14 and i knew straigt away it was newton

  • lol you are 14 and you can't even spell straight.

  • such a violent at&t product placement :D

  • wow i'm going on the american who wants to be a millionaire :O the dutch version is A LOT HARDER!!

  • i knew it was isaac newton EASY

  • that is such an easy question!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Heh, another setup question. I don't think anyone who has made it that far could fail in a question like this to be honest. Looks like they just want to award someone winner when it has been too long time or something, because some of the 1M questions I've youtubed have just been oversimplified. And this comes from a person who usually has hard time on the questions 8-12.

  • IGANTE

  • I knew that before the 50/50...not hard. I'd expect that to be the $50,000 , but not the million doller question.

  • haha i know. for a fact i knew it wasn't einstien because of einsteinium.

  • that is pretty easy for a milion dollar question.

  • I'm from Latin America, I had 2 years of chemestry on high school. That was 13 years ago and I knew the answer right away. WTF is wrong with you people?

Don't you like the "being superior" feeling?

Don't worry, be proud of your millitary!!!

  • Kind of sad that you essentially said that Latin Americans are by default less intelligent than United States citizens.

  • Lol - Shiela at the end, I think, she says "Good job! You did very well!"

No sh**! He just won a million bucks! I think he kicked the game's ass!

  • he reminds me of michael phelps

  • yeah, only with less pot

  • I knew it Too!

  • agh...now we gotta clean up all this crap...

  • wow.. i knew that answer even before the 50/50

  • fcuk

  • I would have said Einstein even before the 50/50 :(

  • they gibbed him 2-3 seconds on the clock when he was talking to the science teacher!!! but oh well he won anyway

  • i like seeing ppl win :)

  • holy crap i knew that one. it had to be C or D cuz of einsteinium and borelium or whatever its called. after the 50/50 it was gold hehe

  • tbh after 50/50 I knew directly, cuz in my chemics class we had a chart of all of the elements, and I thought "Einsteinium" sounded so funny... :P

  • yah me too 8D

  • I remember watching David Goodman winning the million dollars. but i've searched for the video of his winning the million, and cant find it. if someone posts it, that would be great.

  • his wife is my science teacher right now. and mr. house will teach me in next year in 10th grade. he teaches world history

  • che cagata,la sapevo

Shit!I know it!ok now i'm coming to america to win the millionaire XD

  • Noice.

  • i even knew the million dollar anwswer, and i didn't take highschool chemistry and i flunked out of grade 11 bio. lmao.

  • haha, i love regis.

the producers told dad to use his lifelines because it made for better ratings.

if you don't know my mom, she looks really selfcentered and greedy when she rips the check out of dad's hand.. gahah.

    and...

the check bounced when they cashed it!

  • He's your dad? That's awesome lol.

I loved his sense of humor on the show, I would've put up a longer vid but some people like quick and to the point vids. Anyways congrats on the million and tell your dad he was the coolest million dollar winner ever haha.

  • @RockerSoccerChick1 Your dad? Nice. Was he able to get the million even though the check bounced the first time?

  • @RockerSoccerChick1 SHELBY!! I love your dad!!! hahah

  • Bobbyiscool1992, I don't know what you're talking about when you say that Charles Ingram was calm when he discovered we won a million pounds. I'm from the U.S., and when I watched the video, he jumped up with his arms raised as far as they could go, although his wife looked mad. If you call that calm, I don't even want to know what your version of excitement is. No offense, I'm just saying.

  • This guy had the 2nd-calmest reaction to winning the million, only to Kevin Smith.

In contrast, I think Bernie Cullen went the craziest. Or, Ed Toutant.

  • See Major Charles Ingram's reaction to winning the million dollars. That one was pretty calm, too. But that's because he cheated

  • Regis was talking for the first 3 seconds of his very limited 30 second conversation with his friend. That could have been costly, big mistake on regis. (and it was for a million!)

  • I fucking hate regis. He's such a chatterbox.

  • seriously. My mom and Bob House went to prom together.

Too bad, cause she married my dad, who's even better. :)

  • Sure he is rofl.

  • Ha ha nice.

  • who's your mom?

    bob house is my dad.

  • karen.

  • Haha! This is my Dad, winning the million. It's still fun to watch.

The thing about the lifelines on the last question was that they told him to use the rest, even though he knew the answer. Makes for better ratings.

  • The million-dollar question should have been worth $64K at most. That was easy crap there.

  • holy shit i knew the answer to that without the 50/50. owned.

  • I KNEW THE ANSWER WOWOWOWO come on

  • i love how still hes holding the camera

  • lol, its actually a digital camera, i used the movie mode. My flat screen was in the corner of my room on top of my dresser so i stood on my chair and recorded what i sensed would be the million dollar winner. Turned out pretty well except for some shaking due to my leaning down looking for my tv remote to turn the volume up on the million dollar question.

  • ever heard of a vcr? who the hell records tv with a camcorder!

  • hahahaha

  • sorry but most college students dont have VCR's, we have dvds.

And i never record tv, this was a one time thing and since the question was coming rather quickly i just grabbed my digital camera to record it lol.

  • btw ppl albert einstein has the element "einsteinium" named after him..

  • Bob House = epic win

  • lolzer einsteinium

  • there was no way in hell he could have missed it with 2 life lines left

  • And to the video poster:

I've been watching the show for 8 years, and I saw Kim Hunt, John Carpenter, and Joe Trela win a million dollars. In the last month, I saw Pat Thompson, Justin Ray Castillo and a guy named Jim win a half million.

  • they cut into his time by a few seconds

  • EASYYYYYYYYYYY

  • WTF easy question

  • easiest question ever

  • dude that guy is my teacher. They made him use his life lines. He knew the answer already.

  • Are game show prizes taxed in the US?

  • Contestants in the US lose roughly half of their prizes to taxes

  • Shit! That's just ridiculous!

  • I thought it was ten percent...

  • It's not always been 50%, but John Carpenter for example, had to pay $350,000 for taxes, and could keep $650,000

  • Carpenter's an IRS agent, he probably gained most, if not all, $350K back...

  • Fermium, Einsteinium, Bohrium

    Newtonium? no fucking way...

  • Lol...man.

To me it seems like the million dollar question is easier than some of the others. =D

  • I thought there was such thing as Newtonium...

  • It's actually Plutonium. That is the only namre that comes close.

    =D

  • i would have said albert einstein but then i thought newton doesnt have chemical element named after him he has a measurement named after him

  • einsteinium

  • Wow that's an easy question, wtf...

anyone who's glanced at a periodic table would know it...

Everyone gawks at the manmade elements if they've taken a chem class...lol

    this is stupid simple.

  • He got cheated off a few seconds when he used his phone a friend didn't he. Good thing he didn't need them. :o

  • Forgive me... My answer was Albert Einstein... :-\ I'm dumb in science... :-\

  • Answer's Einstein... :-\

  • There's an element called Einsteinium.

  • thats a super easy question, wtf

  • Mr House was my Economics teacher in high school he was soo awesome..best teacher i had..they showed the video the 2nd day of school to all his classes...his wife was my physical science teacher..she was nice to me but still pretty strict..they bought a small private plane with some of there money.

  • GUESS WHAT! BOB HOUSE! Was my MOMS old Boyfriend, honestly!

  • Tell your mom I said Hi. Tell her I took Bob's sister to the prom, and she will know who you're talking about. Hint: it ain't the name you see here.

  • I Added This In My Favorite Thank You For The Video

  • I Added This In My Favorite Thank You For The Video

  • if any of you guys get GSN, his run is on tonight, 3/5, at 8 pm eastern time

  • yep, got it on tape...... theres a million dollar winner on tonight (3/8) & tuesday 3/11 both at 8:00 on gsn

  • yep, got it on tape...... theres a million dollar winner on tonight (3/8) & tuesday 3/11 both at 8:00 on gsn

  • o i thought it was einstine.

    im an idiot.

  • lol i thought so too. =)

  • Typical couple, the gay does all the work, wife enjoys all the money.

  • The gay? You're an idiot sir.

  • i knew the answer to that.i think they make the million dollar question easy and the ones that are b4 like the one for 500,000 are hard cuz they figure not alot of ppl get that far and if they do they dont wanna the person to be humiliated if they get it wrong so they make it easier than the others

  • yea the 500,000 question was hard, "In the Six Flag's theme park logo, what do the six flags stand for?"

    A: Pioneer Trails

    B: Governments of Texas

    C: Classic roller coasters

    D: Native American Tribes

    He answered it right away,

  • What was it?

  • Mom's from Texas, too. ^_^

  • yea the 500,000 question was hard, "In the Six Flag's theme park logo, what do the six flags stand for?"

    A: Pioneer Trails

    B: Governments of Texas

    C: Classic roller coasters

    D: Native American Tribes

    He answered it right away,

  • dude i know this and i'm a sophomore in high school

  • this question is so easy a 16 year old science student could get this without the helps

    how hopeless

  • everytime i see someone win like this i get tears in my eyes

  • wow, a 1 million dollar question is that? like wdf? did anyone see the first million dollar winner? he had like hardest question ever!!! My 12 year old brother knows the answer !!!! INJUSTICE!

  • That's actually a really easy question considering it's worth a million dollars.

  • What is Enrico Fermi's element? I thought it was that at first, but I kind of knew at the same time that Newton didn't have one. I know Einstein's is Einsteinium... lol..., and Bohr's was Bohrium..., how original.

  • It's a Fermium . How original, isn't it? :-)

  • Of course you knew he was going to win a million... You've watched it before (hence the GSN logo instead of ABC logo on the television).

  • I could have got that without the elimination.

  • You still would have taken it.

  • that's if u got there in the first place.

  • its actually a fact that the million dollar questions are easier than the 64000 dollar ones

  • not that hard of a million dollar question... i was a bit confused til the 50/50 :/

  • I wonder how long they had the confetti planted in the roof for.

    ...

  • yeah i was wondering that too. lol :D

  • didn't know untill the 50-50 but then I knew it was newton... kind of an easy million dollar question

  • Nice video but i didn't like the camera moving around so much in the beginning of the video.

  • too bad 30% of his prize money goes to taxes. damn goverment.

  • really?! damn that sux.

  • 700,000$ is still a good amount of money

  • Dammit! This is on my favorites and I can't take it off!

  • ytthe millions a little easier than the last 4...its always been so.

  • although the question was easy to boost the ratings he was asked to use his remaiing lifelines to boost ratings..and he couldnt very well say no could he?

  • Yea. His response when he asked him to was "Sure, why not? Keeping them doesn't give me more money, now does it?"

  • Yea.. He was my honors world history teacher. He's my favorite teacher that I've ever had. He knew the answer to every question except the pop culture question, the one about the book. And I knew the last one as soon as it came up, fackin' easy question. He shows it to every class he has the first day of the semester, if it's not a year-long class.

  • And he got a divorce from Ms. Sheila House.. she's a fucking dumbass. Stupid teacher. And greedy ho, look at the end.. she snatches the check away from Mr. House.

  • I KNOW!

Yo, I was ready to slap her. :)

  • Wow. That's my Mom your talking about.

I was mad she got a divorce from him, but you have no right to comment on that. Whatsoever.

  • shelbs, did they talk about you @ all on the show?? beginning? middle??

  • just to let you know he was asked by the owners to use his lifelines and 50/50..to boost ratings...he was my history teacher

  • Well, honestly, wouldn't you have used them too? What's the benefit in holding on to them? Even if you're 100% positive, why not just give yourself some backup?

  • When did u see this i didn't and i have gsn as well

  • Why does the music sound like it's gone faster?

  • I noticed that too.

  • I would have gottenthis right too if I was on the show I figured it out by process of elimination

  • Yeah same ^^

  • hmm, very easy question.. :-/

  • you know what i belive if you can get the other questions right, they easy up the million dollar question.

  • i had knew this one

  • Wow... That's the MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION??

I knew the minute I saw Newton that, that was the answer.

  • i know!!!!! and then when he used 50/50 and still had to use a lifeline, i was like WTF!!!!!!!

  • ...The creator/owner/producer of the show told him between the commercials if he would mind using those 2 lifelines.. his wife was a science teacher, do you really think he wouldn't have known that?

  • VERY NICE

  • i only knew einstienium, so when he did 50/50 im like "i wish i was there in the hotseat" lol

  • Einsteinium, Bohrium, Fermium.
