@Tristan2020CP 'book of faith' as in the assertion of 'Truth' and ultimate answers regardless of any evidence to its veracity, and of course utterly independent of logic. I would have an issue with anyone calling them self a teacher and endorsing this kind of magical thinking to their students. It strikes me more as religious indoctrination. Who this teacher and in what context are they teaching you?

Genesis is fiction, allegory. From the 106 schools that make up the " Christian College Coalition" only 5 teach that Genesis has to be taken litterally and that the "global flood" really happened.
