@schnisha95 You don't understand the term shredding, it does not mean playing fast. It refers to playing with speed and dominance with a heavy metal or hard rock influence. That was just flamenco;BIG difference. A person can't claim that their shredding as much as a Celtic guitar player can call their music Irish Flamenco. Once again, Steve Stevens, and maybe Micheal Angelo.
@schnisha95 Not Steve Stevens either :p but the point is if it's not a fusion of metal and flamenco it's not shredding. It should never be used unless it's actual shredding . It's called false advertising. This guitar work is not something i have never heard before it's just flamenco. Though it does draw attention to the video which is what the real goal was. It's 2012 i have heard over 2000 yrs worth of music, and i would like to hear something new. This stuff bores me.
You play awesome. But, Your originals don't display enough musical knowledge. You simply play something others have composed a lot earlier. Great playing but it would be nice to hear ya play something original. You know, something that actually sticks to your mind.
shonsta im a big fan but playing spanish in a spanish arena and calling it cowboy is wrong :P bullboy would have been more appropriate but great job :D
well played, but please, dont put a cowboy hat when playing flamenco, is insulting!
abaezadelco 3 weeks ago
may i say that the hat he is using and other stuff in the video has nothing to do with flamenco.. but you play great!
