Some interesting pics. I would have liked to see some more Nonstop, Rio2, and at least 1 Foam piece, and at least some Rich and Rage (NLZ). A Hate piece would have gone done nicely. But good work anyway. Next time try and include some trackside pieces between Westbourne pk and Ladbroke Grove There were always good pieces down there and you didnt include any. Also do not forget the pieces at Trellick Towers Labroke Grove in those days was the home of Graf, it was a great time.
EtzLg...son did you say your father is cazbee. If so whats your dads real name and whats your surname? If you don't mind me askin. Cazbee was the greatest writer ever from the 80's. I went to school with him.
Wow - many, many memories sparked that would otherwise remain "forgotten history" in my subconscious.
I swear I was at either the hall of fame, the bridge by the westway or covent garden every other day from 85-91.....
Props to Sarf' London writers, likeTrap [even though he was a git], Colt45, Mag, Prime, Crime, Crash [wicked 5 throwup], Mear, Skully G [1st writer to get a reward on his head for blitzing the 137's in 84!], Fuel, Harsh, Try..
BTW what's the name of the tune played over the pics?
Still remember that Goldie piece at 0.22 - dragon character, wrote 'Kemi', name of his then GF (DJ Kemistry, RIP). She got him into DnB. Quality piece.
Rough from VOP came down and did the wall opposite, but took exception to Goldie having written 'worlds number one' beneath his dragon piece and sprayed it out. Prick.
nice to see some of those old Skam, Mighty Ethnickz, Non Stop and Cazbeebits, got the Rio bits at all? Wouldn't mind seeing the Fuel and Snatch stuff too if you got those! Peace!
