Hmm, where have I heard the old "red herring" line before? Seriously, when you people have no actually argument towards good points and facts, you fall back on your dead red herring. Find a better hobby than trolling you-tube to argue (or make a weak attempt at arguing) dead subjects.
As an elected official, she lost the right to allow her prejudice to cloud her vision of what is right and good for ALL of the people in her constituent. She can not represent just the few that she personally handpicks while culling what SHE considers to be "undesirables". She lost the right to be VOCALLY bigoted when she accepted her public office.
As an American I have every right to shut down bigots.
Freedom of speech also means that people have a right to speak out against people who spread propaganda in order to incite riot and hatred towards a select class of people. Hate speeches like Sally Kern's have no place in governmental affairs. She should be removed from office and never allowed to hold public office again. She is a servant of the people, ALL the people. She must keep her personal beliefs and faith out of political offices. She can swear to God but not swear to her religion.
I think the churches feelings are still hurt over that, lol They think they are gods and can rule whole countries. Not in this country they don't and they never will!
That religions could not be discriminated against solely because they were scary and thought they owned whole governments like was seen in Rome and England. Pick, choose, interpret all you want zealots but your church has NO POWER in the government of the United States of America. Something that it has been trying to get since the signers of the Constitution locked them out of governmental affairs.

They just made it so that religions, all religions could have a voice within the government but no power was to be given them. That religions could not be shut out of having a vote in the election of leaders.

The constitution is clearly worded that this government will give no servitude to one set religion. All religions are welcome here and all religions have the right to call themselves the one true religion. We broke from England to get away from following the rule of one religion.

It stands for what man discovers from God about His laws from REASON.
Most of the pastors who argued revolt wouldn't pass Pastor Blair's "Christian" test. They were enlightenment unitarians.
