These people are practicing karatay in Masjid. Masjid is the worship place, and many of the things Muslims do in Masjids. because at the time of Mohammad (peace be upon him). the followers of Mohammad (peace be upon him) use to practice the things which is use full in war to fight with the non believers.

As salaamu alaykum. I didn't know anything either when I first went to the Masjid, but I went and I learned to pray properly. What City are you located in? I won't be able to perform at this event this year due to the fact that INSHA-ALLAAH, some of My students and I will be out the country during this time to conduct some requested workshops in Saudi Arabia.
