  • Nice, I think you should get a book called "The Cycling bible" which explains that HR doesn't really show much, power meter is where its at. If you are just doing this for fitness than its HR monitor is ok but if you want to go beyond that power meter is a must. Good vid.

  • @Niskyspy I laugh whenever I see fat, old, rich people with a Powertap on their bike. Makes my day.
