Omg! I feel the exact same way! I want to go out and do sprint intervals. Sprint for 30seconds and rest for 90 seconds for 8 rounds...but I'm scared about that people are going to look at me like what is she doing out here blah blah blah. I'm a size 10/11. You just motivated me! I don't want to concrete though... I want to use the track, grass or dirt. Where did you run?
@ShanaMarieTV Get out there and do it! :o) I vary my training routes. I normally run on the street. But I try to run a trail at least twice a week. How's your training going?
