Look at EVERYTHING before you touch ANYTHING and always ALWAYS listen to the tape. If she had followed that, she'd have seen the key and lock. That aside when her first arm got stuck and the syringe popped open, spilling the antidote out, why did she stick her other arm in rather than try to use it to guide the metal bits around her away from her arm so she could get it out?

what i hate is that, according to the making of this movie, the contraptions seen in the Saw movies are based off of real devices. :P They said to search "Spanish Inquisition Torture Devices" as an example. So I googled it.
