Donald Duck definitely only wears a shirt! And that Daffy Duck, naked as a jay bird!
But in all seriousness, in the studio environment, things like clothes and hair aren't usually animated by the character animators. So here at Animation Mentor, we focus on character animation, which is why he's naked!

HAHAH!! So awesome! I have seen this before in a showcase...but I thought it was in a library.
