Synchronicity Engine - the core technology of the EESystem

Sandra Rose Michael – Allegations of Embezzlement have been made by the MetaMatrix International Trust against Sandra Rose Michael. The trustees stated that Ms. Michael defrauded them when they purchased the licensing rights to the Synchronicity Engine software that now runs the EE System computers. Ms. Michael being aware that she only had a non-exclusive license to the Synchronicity Engine technology claimed, fraudulently, that she developed it and had ownership rights to it.

Upon reviewing the signed contracts between Jedi Technologies, developers of the Synchronicity Engine technology, and Ms. Michael they concluded that Ms. Michael had misrepresented to them the ownership of this technology. Upon being discovered, Ms. Michael then embezzled funds from the MetaMatrix International Trust. Ms. Michael, additionally, then pirated the Jedi Technologies Synchronicity Engine software that she had sold to the investors and is using and claiming it to be her own.
