Looks interesting, reminds me of Stronghold and Black & White. I hope we have a choice like in those two games to make a city without worrying about being attacked. Assuming the attacking would come in about three minutes of starting the game before you could even build a wall like some I've seen.

This game actually has very little and not till late into the game, But if your looking for a roman city builder look into the Caesar games, I have Caesar IV (I don't know if thats the last one) And it is enjoyable. There is combat but there is also ways to avoid it with bribes etc. And the games more focused on the city building side.

@SuperKaasKaas I think it's the same game, just different names. Btw I love this game with all my heart. I bought the original Spanish version and hearing Spaniard accents on Roman citizens was nearly like hearing the original latin (and I speak Spanish as a 2nd language so the language barrier was nothing for me!).

I hate this game... So laggy, graphics are terrible, so many inaccuracies (IE barbarians wouldn't have used trebuchets). And the resource management is horrendous. Some parts are automated while others need to be micromanaged to a ridiculous degree.

The combat was shameful, too, since with the bad graphics it's hard to tell units apart. It's even worse trying to move them.
