A Shelby costs 58,000 an srt costs 19,000 and for the record, does 0-60 in 5.2 STOCK and the 1/4 mile in the low 13's. I've beat many a mustang and camaro in my srt. And no, I'm not a highschool punk, I serve in the military, I work a civilian job at a hospital, and am happily married. A Shelby may be a real mans car, sure. But if you're throwing that much money around, get a true sports car and buy a viper.

Yep, I've raced a couple 50 trim SRT4s, pretty badass. Only SRT4s that really gave me a challenge. Then can easily hit 400fwhp on 93 octane. With some 110 in there they can get 460 or higher, but anything after 400 you are at risk of something grenading in the bottem end.

I'd go with 50 trim setup and supporting mods. I'm not even close to a professional tuner but I've heard nothing but good things about a 50 trim setup. Though you gotta get full supporting mods and pay to get it tuned well in order for it to really shine. With supporting mods and a tune you could probably get to 400WHP and still have it be reliable. I'm saving up about 6k to get a 50 trim and supporting mods.
