I dont see the point of this i want my GPU to handle the graphics my desktop, games etc. I want my CPU to handle my compute tasks file IO packet analysis system tasks etc and leave plenty of headroom for my applications, compiles, development, video rendering, publishing, hacking etc. Why would i want my CPU to deliver graphics that my GPU needs to handle. Sure my CPU needs do some of it but not this much.
this is bullshit. useless. at first it's just good looking, but after a while, you'll see it's how useless it is, a lot of CPU processing power for stupid rotating icons. crap. it's like a beautifull stupid lady, and after a time, you'll kick her (after nailing her of course)
Wow. Probably the most useless display I've ever seen. You can access information in real-time from many different sources -- so what? "You can use this in a train station" -- what? Seriously, Intel? What about something that's actually practical?
Why is the same content on a rotating cube --shouldn't the other faces have different but related content? Why use such infantile visuals when a static image could have been used? This rotaing crap would give me a headache after 10 min. Interesting concept -not quite there yet tho. The internet itself really...sigh
While I love the screen and dream of owning something like that, what was running on the screen was absolute garbage as anything other than a toy to play with. I was getting tired of it only seconds into watching it.
From a usability point of view, its horrendous. Constantly rotating and moving objects that you can't relate to, have no clue what they are and have to touch to see which then opens a giant dialog box with some text in it, not the actual webpages the presenter was talking about.
1 person born in the 30's likes it even less...

The display looks great. but the PR girl is annoying. her chat is so hideously scripted. how much energy does it consume?

That is, without a doubt, the WORST graphical interface I have ever been a witness to.
The girl in the blue shirt should have been given a one-week vacation to Ecuador two days before the start of CES 2010.
