@TheAznFromAza there is no such thing as micro and macro evolution, least not the way people like to portray it. scientists do have a term for micro and macro evolution where micro is below the species line and macro is above it, and both have been observed in a lab. seriously i dont want to give a lecture on evolution in 500 characters os just go to talkorigins(org) they probably have answers for every question you have. also look at the wiki page on evolution for crying out loud. its good.

@TheAznFromAza the micro and macro evolution divide is not really used, there is no such thing as micro and macroevolution because they are the exact same mechanism. they are just evolution. there is nothing to stop a bunch of microevolutionary changes from becoming a macroevolutionary change.

as for evidence for the other side. they dont have any. they just have nitpicks with evolution. they have no evidence. they have no forward claim. and every complaint they have made has been proven false.

@jmoney507 Start by searching wikipedia for Al Qaeda. You'll notice a few things right away, like Al Qaeda had <1k members in 2001 (Afghanistan has 30 million people, a 30,000 : 1 ratio). We can barely control extremist groups that small in our relatively centralized and peaceful country- how do you expect dirt poor Afghanis surrounded by foreign jihadis to drive them off completely? That there were so few is a testament to Afghan bravery and courage and what did we do in return? Bomb them!

@jmoney507 Afghanistan was the wrong country. Afghanistan barely survived the Soviet invasion and civil wars afterward. In order to maintain any independence Afghanis had to play the Iranians off the Pakistanis off the Saudis. Saudi Arabia started Al Qaeda and funded Osama for decades and was the home of the 19 hijackers. Bin Laden was only in Afghanistan because he was the front man for the Saudis there as he had in Sudan et al.

But nooo, Bush was all, "Where's Osama? Afghanistan? Invade 'em!"
