@STATFIGHTER10 Its called a aircam its a kitplane powered by 2 rotax 912s 4cylinders same engine used in the early diamond DA20 s and are certified aircraft engines alot of HP for this airplane and can perform all flight manuevers including takeoff on a single engine. It was designed as a reliable low altitude slow flying camera platform.
