I agree with Hansy or what was his name, even if you're not too fond of loud roaring and metal,it has this melodic touch.... I think I do like some sorts of metal like gothic metal and I like Apocalyptica too, no idea what kind of metal that is, heavy? Anyway, I don't think the black metal in general is something for me but I've got respect for it ;-)
