  • @lastinglove1000 Ladybird is the UK name for them.

  • I first thought that larva at 1:22 was a caterpiller

  • Ladybird larva are safe to touch - the spikes are more like bumps than spikes - not sharp in any way.

  • Fascinating, I've had hundreds of ladybirds in my garden today and saw some coccoons, some larva ones and some recently hatched pale coloured ones and wondered how it all worked! Thanks!
