Forgive me because I don't know the answer to my question but should the bench rest be at 90 degree angle or does it matter. Your bench angle is about 10-15 degrees
I actually talk to Charles once or twice a month - I write his column in Muscular Development magazine. My jts are already wrecked - arthritis in both shoulders and a bone spur in one.
@RonHarrisMuscle ron, I love how all the arm chair bodybuilders come out to attack you. They dont realize that you are the one blessed with awsomeness and you got Janet as well. What do they got? A bag of fritos.
Good controlled form and impressive weight, very good considering the injury limitations, far better than seeing idiots throwing up 315 and by the 5th rep they are sitting so far back they may as well be doing 45 degree bench presses, these clowns futures has a lot of physical pain ahead of them.
Also, I see from your profile I have been training 6 years longer than you have been alive. Why don't you try working hard for a few years before you decide what can and can't be done without drugs?
I actually tore my pec slightly late last year and now I don't have a 'chest day.' I do 4-5 sets total for chest after shoulders and triceps. I can't use as much weight that way, but that's the point. My chest is too big anyway.
