all this setting does is greatly reduce the texture size...while it does cut graphic requirements quite a bit, its only effective at short range because skyrims engine makes distant textures this size anyways. plus, you still have to load all the 3d renderings, so even at this setting, no platform would be able to run it like that. yes, i know its hypothetical, im just saying
