I LOVE THIS CLIP! Sabah is such a strong dancer and an amazing teacher. If you ever get a chance to study with her DO IT! She knows what she is doing and my body LOVES the conditioning she's teaching me. I'm a total FAN!!! PS: BUY HER VIDEO!!! The matt exercises alone make this video totally worth every dime. Again she knows her stuff.
I saw a version of this for their latest tour (BOMBAY BELLYWOOD) and it was dazzling to see it live with the black,sparkly veils.
