no way that was a 5K or 3 mile race. how far was it? the best time was nearly my best 2 mile time of 12:40. i gonna guess 2.2-2.5 miles. normally in a varsity CC race the best 2 mile is 10 something (in the races i ran at least with best 5K being 16:10)

I ran in that race... That was when I sucked though, this year ima pwn... It was drizzling freezing cold rain, waiting for the race in those small uniforms was pretty much hell
this has to be the worst course when muddy, I slipped going down the final hill, and got boold all over my uniform.

Individual winner was Justin Harbour , of Flagler Palm Beach FL, in 12:35.
EZ "up-tempo" training run going 5 minute mile pace, even in muddy conditions.
